It's a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran on a very peaceful and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 600m from the nearest beach in Moon bay. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor.

Iviana is a brilliant host. The apartment’s atmosphere was very nice. Designed by an interior designer, few years ago fully refurbished. Some parts look good, but are not really practical (big chandeliers). The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could prepare food easily. The AC was working. Alenka reccommended us a lot of places to visit, she is a really kind and helpful host :) enjoyed our stay in Piran and would recommend Casa Matteo to anyone :)

We loved our time in this small but perfect flat centrally located in exquisite Piran. Access to the amazing roof terrace (sensational views) was a bonus as it is the top flat and close to this. It had a well equipped kitchen and we were able to shop at the little supermarket just round the corner and cook meals. A stones throw from the main square and seafront.

Very convenient room located a short walk from the beach. Tisa is very friendly and answers very quickly.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Piran! It was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and perfectly located right by the water. The kitchen and bathroom were both modern and well-equipped, and the four beds were very comfortable. What really made the experience stand out was the host, Roman. He was incredibly helpful and responsive at all hours, making sure everything went smoothly. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Piran—couldn’t have asked for a better spot!
