This is a great comfortable room for couple that do not require a kitchen or for families that in addition to renting one of our apartments need an extra room for more members or friends. The room has a balcony, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a private bathroom. Free parking and free boat mooring is available per request. Pets are welcome - no extra charges applicable. Our loft was created to enjoy. We pay attention to every detail and most of them are unique and tailor-made. The loft has an exit to the huge private terrace with lots of greenery and fantastic view. This condo has two quality AC , one is in living area and the other in the bedroom. You will feel like you are far from the city crowd., but you are just a few steps away from the heart of the city.
