Absolutely stunning apartment, superb craftsmanship and decor. The only downside was you had to hang around outside the large block for another resident in the building to gain access. At 2am in the morning this was hard as not many people were around and we got panicked. Great location

Great location walkable from train station and city centre booked last minute host was very responsive, and friendly Cleaning fee a little high considering the size of the property almost the same as nightly fee £75

Newly arrived in Birmingham, this place made it feel like home. Everything you can need in a home was available. Jennifer was so nice and always quick to respond. One of the best experiences I’ve had ever. Everything is modern just like the photos. Kitchen is fully equipped which makes it easier for a longer stay. Place overall was awesome and can’t recommend her enough. Thank you.

Was a great little flat! so much space especially because it was just me. clean and tidy and luke was very quick with responses. perfect location for any NEC events as it’s close. big asda close by as well for any bits and bobs you need. would deffo stay again :)

I Stayed here for 6 weeks whilst on placement. Cosy and clean place to come back to at the end of the day, great kitchen and very useful to have washing machine too, the lounge area was also very cosy and great TV with everything I needed!! The studio was only 20 mins from city centre so lots to do around the area and i found a great gym only 10 mins away. Overall, a really nice place, will being going back if ever down there again.

Great place, slept very well as the area is very quiet and it was a comfortable bed. Super clean room, bathroom and eating space, had everything I needed. Mini fridge was more like a tiny personal fridge, but Emma also offered a cool bag if I needed more space for my things. She kindly provided porridge and cereal for breakfast, as well as coffee and tea. Was a really great stay overall, can’t fault it!

Check in was easy, flat was clean and instructions were clear, felt like home away from home

Sam was an extremely helpful host, who always responded to messages quickly. The property was exactly as described as was easily walkable to the Utility Arena. We arrived a bit early for check-in and Sam was still able to make sure we could check-in. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

A brillaint place to stay but especially so if going to an event at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham. Five mins at most and you wouldnt know it becasue the location is quiet and tucked away. Has everything you would want and actually makes me think I will sack off the O2 London next time and always see my gigs in Birmingham! Highly recommended. And the Space Invaders were an excellent touch (albeit I had to explain them to the kids...!)

I was in the area visiting family & I selected Adams place as my base and wow I was not disappointed! Firstly, the apartment complex felt secure & safe and as a woman travelling alone - this is very important to me. The property was spotlessly clean and perfectly located to suit my needs. Its just a stones throw from Solihull town centre and a small drive to the retail park with great transport links if you didn't want to drive. The apartment had all of the listed amenities & really did feel like home from home. I'd also like to say Adam was one of the best hosts I've encountered on Airbnb, responded promptly & gave me clear instructions for check in which made the apartment easy to find. Honestly, please do not hesitate to book Adams place, its beautiful, clean & modern - Id give it 10 stars if I could I will be back! thankyou Adam! x

Philip was communicative. The accommodation was comfortable and clean and quiet. There was tea, coffee and milk provided which was appreciated. We stayed over night as a half way stop on our long journey and it was ideal.

Lovely little apartment. Had everything I needed. Easy access and close to shops, restaurants and parking. Would happily stay again. Very clean and tidy and very clear instructions for access into the building and apartment itself.

Approached Sophie place after a last minute decision to stay over night, ready to collect a vehicle the next day. Enquiry made at 6pm, response had within 5 mins and booking was made shortly after. We traveled up, check in around 9pm and had a stress free overnight stay with our little boy and two dogs. Flat 2 was well equipped, spacious and pleasant to spend the evening/ morning. Sophie’s instructions and communication was clear and responsive - can easily recommend! thanks!

We had a lovely stay, the air bnb is so handy for the arena, very clean, easy to find and access was easy and smooth with Winston’s clear instructions and great communication.

Great host and location for Birmingham City University where I have been studying for the last 2 years. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Brilliant as has own driveway too and Morrisons at the end of the road.

Paul’s house is clean and the bed is very comfortable. It is a real home from home and a great place to stay. The parking at the back is a real bonus.

I've used this apartment once before. It's nice and clean, looks good and is comfortable and in a great city center location. Perfect little AirBnB and would use again.

Beautiful home in a very peaceful area despite being close to Moseley centre.

I can’t recommend Nina’s Nest as a place to stay in Birmingham highly enough. The apartment is tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the stay has everything that you might need. Irsi was a really responsive host and answered any messages very quickly. The stay is in a wonderful location, quiet, but with the Main Street, filled with shops, pubs and eateries just one minute walk away. The bus stop to get to the city centre is also right there. If we ever have occasion to stay in Birmingham again, we would certainly hope to return to Nina’s Nest. Five stars.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. Check in was easy and the instructions from Kyle were clear and detailed. It was spotlessly clean, and had lots of the little touches that made us feel right at home. Plus the beds were so comfortable!
