This private 2-room apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the Offenhausen district. You are a minute's walk from the Danube and in the middle of the Friedrichsau city park. The apartment offers a bright, fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, OLED TV, desk and a relaxation armchair. The modern bathroom features a large washbasin and a large shower with overhead and hand shower.

Our location offers easy access to the highway, which allows you to reach Ulm-25 min Stuttgart, Augsburg, Munich, the Allgäu and Lake Constance in just about an hour. Legoland is only 8 km away. Our apartment has a separate entrance and offers a parking space right by the house. Space for up to 4 people with one bedroom and a sofa bed. Pets upon request and for a fee! We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
