Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Apartment with sea view & pool

The traditional villa is beautifully located about 700 meters from the sea on a very beautiful mountain with greenery and beautiful sea views - the outdoor pool is located behind the roof on the hill, thus offering a lot of privacy between jungle and sea, feeling a special feature. All 3 apartments with fitted kitchen, shower room and washing machine - the sun terrace on the 2nd floor has an outdoor kitchen. All the amenities are modern with good beds. Parking is available right in front of the house in the private courtyard.

Villa offers accommodation for 6 persons in spacious bedrooms. All the rooms in the villa have a beautiful view of the sea and islands.

Beach Apartment 'RENCO' is situated in one of the beautiest parts of Adriatic coast, in little place named Sumpetar near Dugi Rat which is situated between two pearls of Middle Dalmatia, Split on west side and Omiš on the east side. This beautiful 2 bedrooms apartment is situated directly on the fabulous beach, a more perfect location is not possible. It is a very bright and airy comfortable apartment flooded with sunlight all day. The location and comfort of this apartment makes it a rarity.
