Newly renovated cozy cottage, located in scenic quiet area Beautiful sea views can be enjoyed from several places in the house. From the terrace there are also views of the sea and Rubjerg Knude lighthouse. There are the most beautiful sunsets to see from the house and terrace. A stone's throw from the summerhouse there are several hiking trails along the cliff, which among other things pass past former Mårup church and Rubjerg Knude lighthouse. In Lønstrup you are surrounded by magnificent nature, artistic culture and many cozy shops and restaurants.

If you and your family need peace and coziness, rent this lovely gem of a summerhouse between Skagen and Frederikshavn. Newly built in 2022. Underfloor heating everywhere. Ideal for the family with children, as there are 3 bedrooms + loft and crib and toys, high chair, playhouse, trampoline and much more. In addition, in Bratten Strand there is a lovely playground at local Grocery store. The house contains 2 lovely bathrooms and is also provided with a sauna and associated outdoor shower, where there is a good view of the beautiful natural plot.

The home is high quality and can be used all year round. The icing on the cake is the delicious swimming pool building with a hot tub and a view of the North Sea. The location is superb - right by the water and beach, which you can reach on a fresh walk. It is also possible to walk to Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse, to which you have a nice view from the house and grounds. It is also easy to get to the seaside resort of Lønstrup to get the day's shopping done. It also has a lovely selection of restaurants and boutiques.

Cozy summer house in the dunes close to the beach. The summer house is furnished with an open kitchen and living room. From the kitchen there is access to a bedroom and two rooms with bunk beds. The summer house has a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. From the living room's panoramic windows, you can enjoy nature and spot beautiful pheasants, maybe a fox or a couple of deer slip by at dusk. This house is our magical “summer dream” and we hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do 💗 It’s the perfect setting for a great family holiday. Only a 5 min. walk to the beach down a lovely path and just a few minutes driving to Ålbæk town and 20 min. to Skagen. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, activity room, open kitchen and dining space and livingroom as well as a terrace with a garden around it with a playground and sandbox. It also has a sauna, outdoor bath and wood-fired hot tub.

Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.

The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas.
