A great area to stay at. Lots of things close by if you needed something. Short drive to New York. Debbie gave great instructions on how to get to the cottage house and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going fine. The snow was beautiful in the yard and our dogs loved it since we are from the south and rarely get snow. Would definitely stay here again if we ever decided to come back this way.

We had such a fabulous time staying here! It was an easy commute to both NYC and Sports Illustrated Stadium, and parking was very easy. I was traveling with my grandmother, and Christina was very proactive and reached out to make sure she would be able to climb all the stairs, which was incredibly thoughtful! The space was very clean and felt more spacious than I expected. I would definitely recommend Christina’s place to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We had a wonderful visit over NYE! It was so easy to get the ferry or an Uber to get into NYC. The view from the apartment is fantastic and the apt itself is comfortable. We would definitely stay again ☺️.

Awesome host and place!

We had a wonderful stay! Dayana was responsive and kind. There were so many restaurants nearby. It was also pretty easy driving around. The driveway was a little narrower than expected so keep that in mind. We have a SUV on the smaller side. Another thing to keep in mind that it isn’t wheelchair accessible. The place itself was modern and cozy. We felt very comfortable!

Special thanks to Kareem, the place felt like home and he is a great host. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.

Pedro's place is immaculate. Cannot say enough, Very tidy, clean and homey and most of all Pedro is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He goes over an beyond for his guest. I have been using Airbnb for 13 years, this is my first time encountering such a welcoming host. Thank you Pedro! Will definitely be back.

Defina was amazing! We had issues with the place with some of the electricity and she helped us immediately as well as was quick in responding. She was even kind enough to give us a return on a credit for the issue. The breakfast was awesome and more than expected. More than enough for the entire family. Only reason there were some stars were not filled was because the neighborhood was quite dangerous. Don’t walk around the area, straight in and out from the uber to the house.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home near New York City. Comfortably furnished and pleasantly decorated, with a well furnished kitchen and there were even games for the kids. The host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the harbor filled with sailboats from the park next door and my kids loved the playground too!

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed 4 nights and we always slept well. We appreciated that the street the apartment is at was quiet during the night. The other guests were also respectful and friendly. The shared kitchen has everything one needs. The bathroom is clean. The only thing we didn‘t like is that the shower is so old, that little water comes out and it takes an eternity for the water to get warm. But well, the building is a 100 years old maybe. All in all very happy. Tom is very friendly and fast in answering.

Great stay for our group of 9! We stayed 4 nights and found the rooms compact but sufficient since we were out exploring NYC most of the time. Emmanuel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He provided an extra house key when our group split up and allowed us to use the washer and dryer (including detergent), even though it was initially blocked off. The dryer wasn’t working properly due to a clogged vent, which we partially cleared and reported — Emmanuel appreciated the heads-up and said it would be fixed. Check-in/out was smooth, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our group, and though we didn’t use the cute backyard due to rain and being out, it was a nice touch. The only downside was that the floors were a bit dusty on arrival. Overall, it was a great place to stay and worked really well for our trip. Would definitely recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Arnol and Ruben were excellent hosts. It felt like visiting family. They went above and beyond, even making us breakfast and providing tips to help us first timers navigate the city. Hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve had in 10 years. Also, the comfiest pillows!!! Next time I’m back to New York, I will for sure stay here again.

First time in New York and we love the experience! Stay at Philip home in New Jersey, was the best decision! From the house was so easy to travel to New York, we use the bus(walking distance)and the train, nothing else. The view from the room was stunning,priceless! Philip & Gio was so attentive and responsive all the time! Philip & Gio , thank you so much for everything! Recommend it 100%!

It’s honestly a great place to stay. The only issue is parking. Definitely gotta make time and plan that out . Other then that perfect stay 👌

This stay was great in location and inside. It was comfy and clean. No issues at all throughout the stay and practical location.

Your best bet to explore NY. We happened to spend a long weekend and found Alex’s place just perfect. Its location is amazing, within walking distance to Central Park, many restaurants and supermarkets, and close to the public transport. The room and bed were comfy, and the flat super well equipped which allowed us to cook breakfast and meals. The host was most gracious, instructions were always clear and allowed us to store our bags so we could take advantage of our time in the city. 100% recommended!

I highly recommend Lee's place. It is exactly how it looks in the photos, everything is very clean. The bed is super comfy and it's quiet at night so great for a good night's rest after walking around all day! The outside space is perfect for coffee and breakfast in the morning and glass of wine in the evening after a long day. Lee is great for recommendations and is on hand to answer any questions you have. We had a late flight and Lee kindly let us leave our luggage until we were ready to go. I really enjoyed my stay here, thanks so much Lee ☺️

Eleonora’s place? Absolutely perfect. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn— quiet, clean, spacious, and full of charm. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The garden is a peaceful little oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. There’s so much to explore in the neighborhood, and Eleonora and Ben were the perfect hosts: friendly, responsive, and full of fantastic local recommendations. We were in town for a two-day music event, so our time was limited—but thanks to their great advice, we made the most of it. Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay!
