Vacation rentals with a patio in Jeffersontown

Robert and Tara were absolutely amazing and very sweet people! The A/C went out during our trip and they were right to us bright and early the next morning remedying the issue for us. The entire place was clean and very beautifully set up. The location was great as well with Walmart and the highway just minutes down the road. I wish our trip was longer and we had gotten to stay a few days more. Will be keeping an eye on this for any trips to Louisville!

Tyler was very responsive and gave clear instructions. Beautiful and clean accommodations with great amenities. Our family enjoyed the pool/hot tub and location was perfect for zoo, museum and food options! Highly recommend!

Justin's place on 4th St was awesome - perfect for my son and I on an overnight stay after traveling to Louisville for a concert. Justin was super communicative and friendly. His place is super clean and comfy (makes me want a new mattress at home!). Will definitely contact him next time we're in town and need a place to stay!

The place was perfect for my bach party during Kentucky derby weekend. Especially with booking the top room as well. There was a door that combined both air bnbs. It was so helpful being able to go back and forth for both of my groups that were staying in their respective rooms. Amazing host no complaints on the stay what so ever. The only issue I ever see arising with this place is parking if you have people you don’t know stay in the other apartment. Definitely max of 4 cars fit in the driveway. And the sound levels for the bottom residents. But it is described in the description so if you complain about it then that’s on you for booking it knowing the situation. Loved the golf course right down the road. Good restaurants and walkable pizza shop and liquor store. Really was a great weekend with my friends and I thank Shaalim for being so responsive during the 10 months we communicated back and forth when I booked.

Jaclyn’s place was the perfect, dreamiest stay in a very walkable area! The decor originally drew us in (I mean how could it not — it’s absolutely gorgeous) but the amenities, convenience and Jaclyn’s prompt communication were the cherries on top. Would highly recommend her place if you’re looking for the coziest home away from home. Her guidebook with recommendations was amazing. We tried many of her suggestions and she was spot on with all of them!

We were in town for the Kentucky Ren Faire and it was a great location! Beautiful and peaceful location.

Courtney is very quick to respond and checked on me through the app to make sure I had everything I needed. The home has nice character and 2 exposed walls. The bed is super comfortable and slept great. Lovely little backyard and deck. Cute neighborhood and lots of parking on the street. You are close to the homes next door can hear on occasion but the neighborhood is quiet overall.

We absolutely loved Pinehurst Ranch and plan to return within a year or two. We stayed 2 weeks - may stay longer next time. Easy to find location close to everything. Spotless with everything you may need in the kitchen. My husband is 85 and I'm almost 80, so it was great to find a place all on one level that was easy to get in and out of, and I use a walker. Responsive and helpful hosts.

Easy check-in and a beautifully decorated home that felt like stepping back into a more nostalgic era—exactly what we were looking for while in town for the Derby. The house was very big and spacious, with a warm, homely feel throughout. The kitchen was spotless, the art was beautiful, and every room felt picture-perfect. The host was also kind enough to accommodate an early check-in, which made our trip even smoother. Highly recommend!

This was a great space for us while visiting for a graduation. We appreciated the excellent communication and it was just a great space with room to gather and hang out. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything was very clean and comfortable.

My sister and I, along with our 3 sons ages 2, 9, and 13 stayed 3 nights while in town for a family reunion and LOVED everything about the house! The kids were thoroughly entertained with all of the activities and it took them no time to make themselves at home. Damon was so accommodating and quick to communicate with any questions we had. The home is beautiful, super clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The home is exactly as it's shown in pictures. The location was perfect for us being 10 minutes from our cousins house and everything else we needed to get to. The neighborhood is very safe and neighbors driving by we're always waving while we enjoyed the front porch. I hope when we come back to visit in the future Damon's home is still up and running so we can stay in a place that truly feels like home!

This was the perfect hub for hopping between the Highlands and downtown Louisville. I grew up in this area and felt right at home. The space was comfortable, with nice big couches and plenty of space for everyone to lounge. The off-street parking was a huge added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was exactly the way it was presented in the pictures. Everything that you could think of and more was in the home available for use. Matt was also very detailed with his instructions that were sent to me as well as there being a copy left on the table. The Airbnb was very comfortable which made it feel like an extension of home. I would definitely recommend a stay here especially if you have or would like to experience a high standard of living. Awesome Airbnb Matt!

Very centrally located near several bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need. Smells like fresh baked cookies. It is a bit noisy as it’s behind a busy street so expect noise especially on the weekends. This will be my go to spot in Louisville.

For a family-fun filled weekend in Louisville, this was the perfect location!

I was here for the archery tournament this weekend and the place was amazing

This condo is beautiful with a great view! We were there for the Abbey Road on the River festival and were able to walk to and from the venue with ease. I would highly recommend this place.
