Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Jeffersontown

We wanted a quick, midweek, night away for our 20th Anniversary. We’d had a particularly overwhelming a stressful, busy couple of weeks with other family commitments and a death near the family. We booked the day before our stay- very last minute! Becky & Heather were fantastic hosts. The house was ready, the hot tub looked brand new it was so clean, the backyard is an oasis of relaxation, and everything was just perfect. We were able to relax and enjoy! We ordered take out from the nearby Crestwood Bistro- delicious!! Just wish we’d had more time. We’ll definitely recommend Becky & Heather’s place to friends and family.

Great house that’s exactly as listed. Great hosts that make the process simple! We have stayed with these hosts a few other times and will definitely stay again.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I rented out this quaint little house. Everything was so beautiful from where it was located to the amenities... all of the things. Do yourself a favor and book this spot. You will not regret it From Tommy's communication to the location and the easy access to everything, it was absolutely amazing. I plan on booking a small etreat there in the future for the clinicians that I supervise.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet neighborhood with big fenced in backyard for the pups to enjoy. Location a quick drive to everything. Jenny had lots of nice touches throughout the house to make the stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

We were coming to town and had concerns that the description might be too good to be true. The house is great. Super comfortable. The house had everything we needed. Van was very responsive. Getting in was simple. I can't say enough nice things about Van and the house. The house is practically on the grounds of Valhalla, which is why we were in town. All I can say is thank you.

I’ve had many experiences where airbnbs were not cleaned properly, but this house was very clean, which is important for me. It was also comfortable, kid friendly, and well stocked. The host was so kind and responsive and I would definitely stay here again. I think the house was so clean and livable because the host actually lives there. But that also means you can’t use the dressers to unpack your clothes. That wasn’t a big deal for me but just something to be aware of!

Our stay at Atoka Farm went above and beyond expectations! Kevin was there to escort us in at the gate and explained everything about the beautiful home and surroundings to make us feel “ right at home”. He was very pleasant and easy to talk with and made sure we had questions answered. The kitchen had everything needed and more for meal planning. The home was immaculately clean and decorated to feel homey. I would definitely recommend Atoka Farm as a 5 star Air B&B and a must to stay at if ever traveling in the area!

Had a wedding party of people stay on the property. They Loved it!!!

Great place to stay- the apartment feels really new and is in a modern and clean building. The apartment itself is large, has a nice kitchen and nice layout (bedrooms are not connected). The area is beautiful and you are steps away from a wonderful walk/hike/run at the Falls of the Ohio state park. All amenities are there. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner - I think this was a short oversight as the rest of the house was very clean and tidy.

Had everything we needed and some things we forgot we needed. Wonderful space, very comfortable. The space was very quiet, parking was free and was located near the entrance. A perfect location to tour some historic distilleries. Looking for a reason to stay there again.

Incredible located option in Louisville! Right off Baxter Ave, there are great food and coffee options to be had in just a few minutes walk. We loved our dinner at Fat Lamb, coffee at Quills, and breakfast at Gralehaus to name a few. Getting to Nulu was an easy 5-min drive, and all of the distilleries were easy to reach by car. Because the place is right on the main road, light sleepers should be aware there can be quite a bit of street noise, especially in summer. The OShea pub across the street is open until 4am. But Shannon did a great job of preparing us with sound machines in the room to help block out the noise. Also of note is there are a lot of stairs in the property, in case you’re less mobile. Overall, this property was great for our group of 7 and I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Michael’s for the derby, it was a great location. He recommended places to go we went to bourbon Bristo and eggs over Frankfort which were fantastic. It was nice to be on 1st floor and close to parking. Place was clean and the electric fireplace was calming. There were places close by to shop. The place is pet friendly but we didn’t bring ours. This is an awesome Airbnb! The Nulu area is amazing where this Airbnb is located at. A lot to do within walking distance. I recommend this Airbnb! The host was very responsive whenever I had any questions. I extended my stay by a few days because I was enjoying Louisville so much. I can’t wait to visit Louisville again and stay in this awesome Airbnb again. 💯💯💯

great spot for a quick weekend getaway

Perfect little home away from home in the heart of Louisville. Nettie’s place has everything you need along with convenience of being able to get to anywhere you’d want to go while in town. Annette is the sweetest host who goes above and beyond to communicate and ensure you feel taken care of. If we’re lucky enough to visit the derby again in the future, we would definitely look at staying here. Thank you for a great stay Annette!

We recently stayed at this cozy private retreat, and it was the perfect family getaway. Tucked away from the chaos of everyday life, it offered the peace and privacy we didn’t even realize we needed. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. From movie nights in the comfy living room to making meals together in the fully equipped kitchen, every moment felt special. The kids had room to play, and we loved enjoying quiet mornings on the porch with coffee and birdsong. It was a truly relaxing and refreshing escape, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.
