Vacation rentals with a patio in Jefferson Parish

If you are a light sleeper, this and other units in the building don’t have strong enough sound proofing or strong enough blackout curtains to entirely keep out the New Orleans night life. That being said, I had no issue falling asleep. Just a fair warning to anyone who might. This location was extremely convenient for having day trips to the French Quarter, and the food in the immediate vicinity was very good in a pinch. Check in was easy and quick, and all virtual, which was convenient. The room was very comfortable for two, and the bathroom, closets and fridge were exactly what was needed. Being in a unit complex instead of someone’s home provided me the feel that I was visiting rather than pretending to live in the area, which I personally appreciate. I would stay here again if I take a vacation to see the French Quarter in the future. There is no grocer in the immediate area, so if you want to load up on food to fill in between meals, you will have to make a trip to do so.

This was such a hidden gem. A walkable distance from the action in the French quarter. It was a very peaceful stay. Thank you for sharing your home.

I have only great things to say about Mathilde! She went above and beyond as a host—we arrived to a house that not only matched the description exactly, but also contained complementary toiletries, fresh snacks and water, extra linens, and a binder full of nearby restaurants and must-see attractions. Everything from day 1 to checkout went incredibly smoothly, and we said several times that we would 100% stay here again if we ever return to NOLA. The location is perfect and very walkable to nearby restaurants and a grocery store. Don’t hesitate to book with Mathilde!! You will not regret it 😄

My stay with Preservation Green was awesome! Absolutely stellar location, 2 blocks from Magazine Street and less than a block from a phenomenal sandwich/cocktail joint. Kendra was AMAZING, so accommodating and welcoming. Super responsive. Overall, a great experience in the Garden District. Would definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful sanctuary. A home away from home, a place to nourish, relax and recharge. Everything from the beds, linens, decor, cozy blankets in the living room and host made it a trip to remember. The home was just as described and as depicted in the photos. The location was excellent, in a very picturesque part of NOLA, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this location and would definitely stay again during our next visit to NOLA.

Great location for what we wanted, loved that there was a Cafe du Monde 5 minutes away. Loved the recommendations given by the host. Everything was just as described. Had a relaxing stay. Felt like my own home.

I stayed at Curtis’ place for the weekend of my daughter’s College graduation. The pictures don’t do the place justice. It’s even more beautiful and immaculate in person. Well kept grounds and the location was nice and quiet. Curtis is a top tier host. Responds immediately to queries and was super welcoming! My daughters wanted me to add that there’s plenty of mirrors to do your makeup in! Being that we were all females I appreciated the fact that there were motion censored lights around the property, with cameras. If I’m ever back in NOLA, or if I know anyone going I will definitely be looking to stay here again and recommending it to friends and family. My experience was seamless from check in to check out!

We loved our stay at Ryan's place! It was in a perfect location. Very quiet, friendly neighborhood and only 2 blocks from the streetcar which was perfect!! It's a great place to come back from a long day of exploring New Orleans and relax. Very clean and comfortable.

Staying at Aloysia’s place was great! It looked exactly like the photos & was located in a peaceful area. Place was clean & cozy. It’s not too far from the French Quarter which was easy to get down to & gave my partner & I a chance to get to know Mid City. Great restaurants nearby. I recommend this place to anyone who’d like to visit the city!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as pictured, if not better. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks, toys and bowls for my pups and local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Imbrie's place is clean, comfortable and convenient. We felt right at home and especially enjoyed the very comfy bed and the large shower. We didn't have a chance to make a full meal in the house but the kitchen was gorgeous, clean, and featured everything you would need in terms of spices and cookware. All the kitchen appliances seemed to be new as well. New Orleans is a hot and humid city but the bedroom has an excellent ceiling fan and the thermostat and AC were updated and worked great! The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to more restaurants, coffee shops, bars and breweries than we could enjoy even with 8 days in town!

We had a great stay at Rodney’s place, felt like home. Would recommend to any friend and will be back next time I plan a trip to Nola!

Wonderful stay and perfect location to pick up our daughter at Tulane! Neighborhood was great for walks and people watching. Nice little private yard out back and the rockers on the front porch were great to sit and enjoy, especially morning coffee! Our hosts Kelsey and Garrett were great. Very helpful with any questions and nice to converse with. Will definitely return!

This place is AMAZING. I’ve never stayed in a more beautiful Airbnb. The kitchen is awesome, the bed is so comfortable, and there is a wonderful view on the balcony. The space is very contemporary and feels luxurious which is exactly what I love! Lilly was our host and she was amazing! She’s very thorough with explaining where everything is and how everything works. My husband and I walked just about everywhere because it’s walking distance. Great location. I highly recommend staying here!

Kevin’s place was really nice. It’s super clean and the inside is very nice. Loved the washer/dryer. It took us a while to figure out where the building was, where to park, how to get in and where the apartment was exactly inside the building. It’s also in a very industrial area, so it did not feel very safe. We traveled with two little children. It is convenient though for a lot of things and not in the thick of the French quarters.

The property is nice, the area is very “New Orleans” and it’s very easy to get anywhere in the city from here. I’ll stay again if I’m back in NOLA

Beautiful home looks even better in person access of the condo was very easy..there is no parking but parking lots all around that's my only complaints but overall very lovely place and very safe. Walking distance to canal and bourbon street.

I attended an international meeting at the convention center. I had a great 1.1 mile walk which was interesting (and safe) no matter what route I took. Perfect 25 min exercise each way. The apartment was exactly what I hoped for.

My partner and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA, it was incredible! The place was steps away from all of the “must sees” of New Orleans, and the loft was clean and quiet. (Other than the streetcar, but that didn’t bother us!) We will definitely stay here again!

We came to NOLA the week prior to our daughter’s wedding and wanted to stay in the Central Business District to be close to the wedding venue and hotels our guests would be staying at until the wedding weekend, when we’d move to the hotel ourselves. Alice & Scott were amazing hosts-very accommodating, especially when our plans shifted and we needed to add an extra day to the end of our trip. They responded promptly and clearly. The place was exactly as described-very clean, spacious, great location, and secure. Doormen, Frank and Bruce, were very helpful. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter and new husband.

Tim’s place was in a convenient location and the unit is bigger than pictured. Plenty of space for 2 people. Enough toilet paper and paper towels to last your stay (good quality might I add). Tim was very responsive when I reached out with any questions. The neighborhood is very walkable. A grocery store and pharmacy about a block away. A very good pizza place on the corner with bar area. There were several parking lots nearby which made it convenient to get to our rental car in a couple of minutes. Bedding was comfortable and the AC worked really well!
