Chic NOLA Studio | Walk to Streetcar + Magazine St

StephanieRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Absolutely loved our stay here! It was our first time visiting NOLA and we were on the fence about renting a car and ultimately had no need— this location is great, easy access to the street car/bus stops and super walkable to Magazine st and st Charles. The shower water pressure isn’t the strongest I’ve ever experienced, but it gets plenty hot and I personally love the character of a clawfoot. The record player was a thoughtful, classic jazzy touch that started our mornings off great! Thank you Caliope, hopefully we’ll be back soon!!!

Bright, Modern Loft One Block from Bourbon Street

KeithRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The space was clean and comfortable, looked as advertised. The street wasn’t noisy for me as others had described, but it was quite close to Bourbon st and the French Quarter so I could see it potentially being louder at other times of the year.
A balcony space is visible, furnished with a small round table and two chairs. Adjacent, the interior showcases a bedroom with elegant wrought-iron bed frames, a vintage chandelier, and unique ceiling details. Natural light floods through multiple windows, revealing views of the city skyline.

Steps from Bourbon St - French Quarter Apt

CamilleRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We enjoyed our stay very much at condo #8 within the Mansion. The photos matched exactly and it met our needs well. The unit is pretty tight. It was plenty space for my SO and I, but may want to consider a different unit if you have a few kids or multiple adults. Also, the A/C unit is a smaller window unit. It was a smidge warmer than I'd like, but with the added floor fan, it was sufficient for a stay in early May... might be a bit warmer in the hotter summer months. You cannot beat the location! It was insanely close to bourbon/Frenchmen, but also not street facing so the noise levels were pretty decent. The extra storage luggage was an added bonus since we had a later flight too. Would 100% stay again!
An outdoor balcony showcases intricate wrought-iron railings and several seating options, including a round table with matching chairs. Potted flowers add color to the space, while views of adjacent historic buildings and bustling streets can be seen in the background.

This location was great! We loved how its original charm was still in tact. The location was also really great because it’s right off Bourbon St.

Modern Retreat W/ Outdoor Oasis

ShawnRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This property was extremely comfortable with an at home fell. It was supplied well with bathroom and kitchen necessities. The host respond quickly. My daughter had no problem navigating the three steps to the entrance. The neighbor has a quiet and safe feel to it. I wouldn't mind staying again. Notes: Extra bed covers and/or throws would be nice.
A welcoming living space features exposed brick walls and warm wood flooring. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, flanked by art pieces. A glass coffee table is centered among a light gray sofa and a patterned area rug, creating a comfortable area for relaxation.

This was our first time booking an Airbnb and everything was great! Response time was incredibly quick and I probably had more questions than most as a first timer. We come to New Orleans once or twice a year and will hope that this is available on our next trip!

Loft Retreat Just a Half-Block to the Quarter

AngelaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Bret’s place is exactly as described. It’s a lovely space with everything you need, and is very clean. It’s a convenient location, we walked to everything we wanted to do in New Orleans. Bret is communicative and helpful, he responds quickly to messages and knows all the tips for a good experience in the area. Loved his sweet dog (and beautiful bird), inviting outdoor space, and overall friendly nature. Would definitely recommend.
The spacious loft bedroom features a queen-sized bed with crisp white linens and a colorful patterned blanket at the foot. Soft lighting from bedside lamps creates a cozy ambiance. A plush area rug adds warmth, while large windows illuminate the space with natural light.
