Although we are within the city limits, you'll feel completely removed from the hubbub of daily life, with plenty of stores and restaurants near by. The Olympic Discovery trail runs very close by, making it easy to take a walk or bike ride. During the summer, feel free to pick a few raspberries, figs, peaches, apples, pears and even kiwis!

Shadynook Cottages is located 2 blocks from the heart of downtown Forks which makes it close to city amenities such as restaurants and shopping and a short driving distance from hiking, sight seeing, beach combing, or exploring. Cabin 1 includes it's own separate driveway and a deck with table and chairs to enjoy. Cottage 1 was remodeled at the end of summer 2020. It has a brand new, fully stocked kitchen, all new floors/carpet, on-demand hot water heater, and it’s own WiFi service.

The kitchen is fully equipped or you can barbecue outdoors. A flat screen TV, along with puzzles and games is available. NO WIFI on site - so unplug and relax. For the traveler, there is a washer and dryer. Fishermen will find a fish cleaning station and a small freezer along parking for your boat.
