Vacation rentals with a pool in Jefferson County

This place was amazing with the views and looked just like the photos. It was perfect for my dog and friend’s dog with the fenced yard and space, being able to explore and roam. My only concern would be that the kitchen tools/supplies (plates, forks, spoons, bowls, pots, pans, and etc) would need to be replaced as it looked very used and not very cleaned. Cook at your own risk as I brought my own supplies, which includes seasonings. Other than that, it was great and loved the space. I’d definitely come back again!

AvantStay was the most engaged, proactive and communicative vacation rental company we can recall in all our years on Airbnb. Very friendly and welcoming! Many nice touches like having several bbq propane tanks and towels nicely laid out in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has peaceful and beautiful surroundings... especially nice is the 180 degree view when cooking at the island in the kitchen! The kitchen has a lot of space and is great for cooking most anything as it has a lot of equipment, utensils, etc to do whatever you need. The house was extremely clean, tidy and in working order. Wonderful location mid-island, just 10 minutes away from Coupville and around 30 minutes most anywhere on Whidbey Island. Was a great weekend getaway, thank you!

Ashley's place is gem for families! There are things to do inside and outside! Although it was raining during our stay and we couldn't use the amenities outside (lake access etc), the inside of the home offered entertainment options, especially for the kids.

Such a great place! I could easily stay in the upstairs bedroom with the view all day! Lots of natural light. Very clean!!! Loved it! Will be booking again when our other child graduates!

The condo was in a beautiful location with a park/picnic area behind the condo. Saw deer there each evening. Had a nice balcony overlooking the park area. The beds were comfortable and the living room relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and everything needed to cook family meals. Only problem we had was the stairs going down to bedrooms AND up to the living room and kitchen, and more stairs up to the loft. My sister and I both have mobility problems so the many stairs were a challenge for us. The listing did not mention the stairs.

Wonderful location and home! Our pups loved the fenced backyard. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Would definitely go back again.

The home and location were beautiful! My family enjoyed the shared private pool, in particular. Further, AvantStay went the extra mile to help return to me items I had left behind. It was super appreciated.

Decided to do a last minute family trip to Port Ludlow and location was very peaceful. We loved the home and the extra amenities that it had inside and it was definitely family friendly! Will be booking again in the future!

The condo was great in every way for our visit and for our purposes. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, the well-equipped kitchen, the large dining table (instead of the common, but ridiculous Air BnB bistro table that barely accommodates one person), and the good quality linens. Joyce was a great communicator until we checked-out, then I never heard from her again and was hoping to get a response to my messages. Joyce was able to coach me through the TV and DVD player's connections and was able to troubleshoot from afar. This was impressive! This property won't be available for long as it is being sold. That's too bad as we would love to rent it again in the future. Highly recommend Joyce as a property manager.

We really enjoyed our time at the condo! Port Ludlow is so sleepy and quiet which was right up our alley! The weather was a bit on the cooler side during our stay but they had just opened up the outdoor pool and it was SO warm! Big hit with dad and kiddo. One tiny, nitpick would be that the record player in the condo was not working while we were there (needed a new needle I believe). They have a fantastic record collection and it would have been really fun to listen to them. Vacasa was great about trying to diagnose and solve remotely but we were only there a few days and wasn’t able to resolve that quickly. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time. The condo was spacious and equipped with anything you would need, and the host put a lot of care into the details. The space was spotless, cozy, and the location was ideal — close to all the sights we wanted to explore, yet peaceful for relaxing evenings. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a beautiful and restful retreat!

We have been traveling to Washington each Thanksgiving to spend time with my father. This is a great location for him—there are no steps, making it easy for him to access. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking basics like pots and pans and measuring cups/spoons. There was a leak in one of the bathrooms, but it did not hamper our experience.

Although we only spent the evenings there each day since we we working it was very relaxing to come back to Dave’s beautiful home each night. Definitely would book again.
