The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. You’ll love my place because of the great neighborhood with stunning views of the St. Lawrence River. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Additional charge for pets and dock usage.

Private and quiet apartment. 20 minutes from Watertown . 5 miles from Southwick Beach State park. Great Fishing near by. Henderson Harbor, Pulaski, Lake Ontario. Golf Coarse near by, Skiing at Dry Hill, Snowmobiling at Barns Corners. All new appliances and furniture. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. Back patio with awning and back yard. We call it the collie cottage after our beautiful Collie dog and our love for the breed.
