Adhitya was super friendly and responsive, the place was just like the description, and the location was perfect for a comfy getaway with friends! Really had a great stay here 😁

This is our second time staying at the host’s listing because we had such a great experience the first time around. was beyond expectation. The unit was pristine with new kitchen appliances and utensils. Netflix and the fast internet made our stay cozy. The main reason we chose to stay again was its convenient location, it’s walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia and the MRT stop. There’s also wonderful building facilities, open-air swimming pool, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the gym which view was overlooking then whole city. Also thanks to our friendly host for recommending a the best local food around the area.

We wanted something close to JICC to attend a seminar and we were so lucky to find this apartment right across the road! Setiawan was such a great and accommodating host. He even went out of his way to help me with some doc printing! The apartment is clean and sufficient for our needs. There are also eateries right outside the condo. Nice place big room for family

I went there with my family to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. The place offered plenty of rooms, all of which were clean and well-maintained. The pool was also spotless, and the kids had a great time playing in it. There’s a BBQ set available, but we forgot to buy charcoal, and the host and staff weren’t sure where to get it, so I’d recommend coming prepared. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and tools. However, I’d suggest replacing the non-stick pan, as the surface was scratched, and as far as I know, using scratched non-stick pans can be harmful to health. Unfortunately, I didn’t use it, which was a bit of a loss since we had already prepared food to cook. Another unfortunate issue was that the water heater in the main bedroom on the first floor wasn’t working. I didn’t ask the owner about it since the heaters in the other rooms worked perfectly. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Thank you so much!

A great check-in experience, the room is spacious, comfortable and hygienic, worth recommending!However, I can't ask the host to help with the volcano itinerary because the price is higher than the travel agencies on the market.

Overall it's okay, the interior is well decorated, the bathroom is only on the 1st floor so you have to go back and forth and take turns, it's cold without the AC, the parking is quite narrow, the front of the house is covered by the roof so in the afternoon you have to turn on the lights in the living room.

The path to the location is quite challenging 😂

Had great almost 2 months stay at puri orchard apartment! My host were Justin and it was a such blessing having him live on the property-he were available pretty much 24/7 to help, if needed. The positives: -Great property! Clean and so spacious. -The facilities within in the property such as laundry, restaurants, Alfamart, Family mart, even Pharmacy. -The extremely kind and helpful host. -Value for money when you are staying over a few weeks.

I had a great stay at this apartment. The location is excellent—close to great food spots and a nearby mall, making it really convenient. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. You definitely get what you pay for. I’d gladly stay here again!

A great place to stay (especially a long one) with excellent amenities, strategic location, and kind staffs. There's a mini mart near lobby as well for stuffs that you need. Will definitely be back for another stay!
