The place is spacious and comfortable for children. The pool is really big. Amenities such as extra mattresses and cutlery need to be updated. Overall good and worth it.

We had a large group that stayed here and Flip Flop accommodated all of us quite comfortably. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the flip flop coffee shop/restaurant right across the street as well. We felt so welcome during our stay and were so blessed by our hosts.

The route leading to Nadine’s place wasn’t the greatest; it was steep, has in the middle of nowhere kinda feels - but it also what makes this place special because it’s quiet and serene. I wouldn’t it’s the most accessible, but it definitely is worth the trip. The place was very clean, we were greeted by the housekeepers and Nadine’s mom, who were very friendly. Lots of amenities too, which we loved. Definitely 5 stars!

I will definitely be back. Rama and his family are amazing hosts. A very local and authentic stay. I recommend Rama's father Ugis as a masseuse and healer, his mother Mamas cooking and Rama for surf recommendations. The room is nice, large and private and looks over rice patties towards the ocean.

I go to a concert in Indonesia Arena so I rent a room nearby. This place is convenient to go to FX Sudirman mall and move to arena. The room is clean, the bathroom tiles look old but the host has cleaned very clean, not wet and slippery. Always have a security guard on duty. She is not very English but also tries to communicate via google translate.

The most important thing to me is that the house was clean. Even the bed sheets, I could feel it that they’re clean and fresh. All the bathrooms were clean. The house didn’t have bad smells. Everything was great and comfortable. The house keeper also nice and polite.

The system is per loft so you can get 1 full floor, the living room is spacious, the living room is perfect for chatting with friends. the room is clean white clean too, the air conditioning is safe and the air is cold, the bathroom is separated from the cowo cewe and clean it doesn't smell. the place is right to play for food and gather with friends. the rules are clear all, thank you for your fast response and sis dede and other sisters:)

Perfect place to stay.

This is my second time staying at Perucha’s. During my first stay I was very pleased with the location of her place. It is relatively in close proximity to business and recreation facilities; easy access from airport highway toll. And yet, the neighborhood is quiet, green with lots of tree, blue sky and clean air. On my second stay, I was consistently provided with warm reception, unsurpassed hospitality, clean and comfortable bedroom, bathroom and library or public are. I was pleasantly surprised to see the upgraded bathroom. In conclusion, I will definitely stay at Perucha’s place for my next business trip in South Jakarta. Moreover, I will recommend Perucha’s place to my friends.

very friendly host

The place is very nice and the room is very clean. The location is also very strategic, close to everywhere. The location is in the JNM area so it is very easy to find snacks, no need to order through online apps, just go out of the room and around there are already many snack vendors who are open until quite late. while this may also be a consideration for those who need peace in the room. but, it's already mention by the host, and it's fine for me. it's awesome experience to stay here, hopefully can back to this place again soon. And also, Thank you for the "lanting" snacks. Sorry, I ate that until half a jar. really delicious!! >_<

Great vibes away from the busy city for relation. Hosts were accommodative and friendly.

This is one of the best place in Jogja, especially if you would like to get close with local young and energic people. Location is not far from vredeburg, lot of affordable restaurant. Ambience is very comfort, property is clean and each day they will makeup our room. This is very recommended

This house is really 5 star. Full marble, high end appliances, really clean. Also private entrance to the room. House gate always guarded. On the street also have securities standing by 24/7. Helpers always ready. Super !! Me and my friends have stayed in many rented properties. This one is really the best. Excellent host, excellent helpers. Best of the best. Thankss……

great place to stay

A very good accommodation. The rooms were clean and tidy, with lovely decorations and quiet. The garden area is perfect, to relax, have the included breakfast (which was very delicious) and just hangout. The location is very good, since it's quite close to the major places like the train station and Malioboro Street. We didn't get to meet Emi and Gemala but we met the nephew Farhan, who was always very kind, friendly and very helpful. All in all a very recommended place to stay at in Malioboro.
