The apartment is spacious (60 m2 for two people), comfortable and warm, enjoys an exceptional mountain view that you can also enjoy in your private garden. The farm is in contact with the forest and agricultural land, quiet and just 5 minutes from Barcelonnette and 15 minutes from the ski resorts by car.

In winter, enjoy winter sports thanks to its proximity to the Sauze resort (5 min by car) and in summer hiking and the heritage of the Ubaye Valley thanks to its easy access.
