Cottage with lake property - hot tub/sauna/boat/swimming raft

Fantastic cottage right next to the lake. Sauna, hot tub and boat with engine. Long jetty by the beach and the swimming pit in the water. The cottage is in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5 minutes from E4. There is a 10-minute drive from the cabin. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water containers Gas stove with oven and gas fridge. The hot tub available Easter Oct. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter-october.

Modernly equipped and wintery two level cabin with a large porch and patio at the river that opens into the sea. Short walking distance to nice restaurant Sjömärket, deli restaurant/shop as well as cafe and grocery store with basic goods and locally produced food. Close to several swimming areas and beaches both facing the sea and nearby lakes. Pillows and duvets are provided, please bring your own linens and towels. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Here is nature around the corner and you can enjoy the lake view. In winter time you can enjoy a ski tour or ice skating on the lake. Hassela Ski Resort is 30 minutes from here. In the summer you can enjoy swimming at the village swimming area, 200 meters from the cabin, fishing or nearby activities such as hiking. In the cottage there is a double bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, hall. Fireplace is available. See pictures.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.
