Condo vacation rentals in Jarretaderas

The apartment was spotless and very well-equipped. The kitchen is full of appliances that make the stay very pleasant, and apart from a small closet with super useful things for the beach. I have no complaints, we are very happy with everything.

We spent almost 3 months in this condo. Everything in condo was as listed in description. Condo was very clean. Location to restaurants and grocery stores was within walking distance! Used uber and indrive to venture a little further. My husband was in need of crutches and Luis helped us get them. Luis answered any questions we had very promptly. I would highly recommend renting from him.

Great place with Oceanview! Place was very clean and the host was very responsive. Washer and drawer is a plus!!! A bit far from the malecon and Zona Romántica, about 2.5 miles. Place had great amenities with the exception of Hot tub that only had cold water. Place is safe and is gated.

Stayed here before and didn’t realized I rebooked the same place after I got married. Still loved it just the same. It’s in the marina with tons of restaurants. All boat tours and activities are a 4 min drive or just a 3 min walk. Love it !

Great place to enjoy with family

Estela’s place is probably one of my all time favorite airbnbs!! The apartment is beautiful and exactly like the pictures! It’s easy to get In and out of the building and the building staff are so friendly and kind. The beds are super comfortable and it felt right at home. We had two small inconveniences while staying at Estela’s place however she fixed it right away and made sure we were taken care of! We loved spending time In the big kitchen and cooking dinners together ! The infinity rooftop pool is beautiful! There are multiple loungers and chairs to sit at and even a small snack bar to order breakfast or lunch at! This place feels right at home and we can’t wait to stay again! Thank you Estela!!!!

Everything perfect very nice place but the security staff especially the lady who does the cleaning in the roof garden believes the owner of the building makes you feel like a person who is there for free without paying a stay since he does not let you wet anything in the pool area and very rude and despota , Jorge is the one of the other shift of the security staff.

Although our was overshadowed by extremely loud and unexpected construction noise from the adjacent unit that ultimately resulted in us checking out 4 days early and having to find another place to stay, I am still giving this property and the Samson Waters team 5-stars. The pictures speak for themselves. It’s a gorgeous setting, the place is spotless and exactly as pictured. The sunset views from the patio are 10/10 and the lounging by the pool was a quiet and peaceful experience. As for the jackhammering of ceramic tiles that was happening on weekdays from 10am-4pm, it ruined our stay but the team at Samson Waters was very responsive, sympathetic and helpful in meeting up to tour another one of their properties as an alternative option. That place too was very nice but not to our desires so we opted to move elsewhere and they kindly apologized and refunded us for the remaining days. Not all vacations go as planned but knowing the team you are working with cares is priceless!

Our stay at Jerome’s Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Alfredo, the property manager, gave us a thorough walkthrough and was always available to help. The property was spotless, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We loved the Sonos sound system and multiple A/C units, and the peaceful location offered stunning views of the city and bay. We were treated to fireworks almost every night and even saw an air show! The location was great for walking down the hill to dinner, and we felt safe in the area. While we did walk up a few times, it was much easier to take an Uber ride back up. Overall, Jerome’s Airbnb was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Vallarta — comfortable, convenient, and with amazing views. Highly recommend!

Our host Adriana took very good care of us from the time we arrived. We took his recommendations to travel to nearby beaches. The apartment is luxurious, we loved it. It has everything you need for a good time. Very quiet and with a beautiful view. The walk to the village is a bit of a heavy climb, but if you're in good shape, you can go back and forth without a problem. I definitely recommend staying at this place. Our stay at this modern and chic Airbnb in the PV Romantic Zone was perfect! We felt completely at home – in fact, we were so comfortable, we wanted to know where the amazing linens and mattress came from! 🤣 The location is super convenient, and is walking distance to the heart of all the gay pride events, restaurants, bars, and los muertos beach including Mantamar 🐋. The rooftop pool was awesome. It had great views of the bay. My one piece of feedback would be to get the refrigerator working at the pool bar. It is about to be under renovation so that could be why. The 24-hour security was a huge plus. We loved relaxing on the balcony, whether it was to cool down after a day in the sun or get ready for an evening out. And the sliding walls were such a cool, unique feature that added to the open and inviting feel of the place. The host, Will was super responsive and helpful. We were able to be super flexible and he made sure we were comfortable. 10/10 - would stay here again!

This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and what a beautiful place to stay my wife felt in love with everything and my family and I felt at home everyone in harbor 171 was very friendly and nice the kitchen was very well equipped and everything was very clean

Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

The place is in an impeccable location, you have restaurants less than 5 minutes away, convenience stores, a square no more than 10 minutes away. The apartment has too many household accessories, it has many utensils, it is very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Honestly, it's the best value we could get. Nancy is very attentive, she contacted us weeks before our arrival, she gave us information the day before our arrival and the day we arrived she allowed us to enter 1 hour before check-in. The pools are very clean and the condominium staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Absolutely incredible stay! The location is perfect — everything you could possibly need is just a short walk away. The area is vibrant and convenient, and peaceful. The view from the place is stunning. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

We can't recommend Lorena's place enough! Lovely condo, and extremely convenient, literally steps away from a nice large pool and the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Walkable to several restaurants, a couple of grocery stores in the neighborhood. Buses and Ubers to the airport, Puerto Vallarta or elsewhere were available just outside the condominium. Lorena was a very gracious and communicative host. Laura and Alberto were especially great, and very accommodating even when we arrived after midnight due to flight delays. We will definitely return!

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .

Good place and Raul was very attentive. There was a problem with the internet before my arrival and he immediately contacted me and solved it! I recommend it and I'll definitely be back. Just as a comment, a couple of complimentary bottles of water would be nice. Simple comment. Thanks Raul
