It has a living room with open kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor, overlooking a south-facing wooden terrace (45 m2) and a fully enclosed garden. The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms serving a balcony as well as a shower room/toilet. Bed and bath linen option possible at a price of 15/p.
