Vendée house (old farmhouse), renovated in 2018, equipped to accommodate 2 to 6 people and equipped with baby equipment (bed, highchair, bathtub...). Located on the edge of the village, access by private road, with open views of the meadows and 300 m from the shops of the village. 1 km from the sandy beaches by pedestrian and bicycle paths to get to the beach in 10 minutes. Clemenceau Museum, coastal path to Jard/mer, walks in the forest nearby. Pets not allowed.

Large 12 m x 6 m pool (heated from May 15 to September 15) shared with the owners, 3300 m2 wooded garden. 160 m2 cottage, composed of a large living room with wood-burning stove, fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and toilet. Large wooden terrace. Sheets, towels and cleaning are optional.
