Vacation rentals with a pool in Janjina

Very easy to organise and very receptive to accommodating delayed arrival of guests/checkout, thanks for the stay!

We were here with a family of 2 adults and 5 teenagers. Everyone enjoyed the whole week and had a fantastic time. The nature and surroundings are beautiful. A short drive of about 10-15 minutes and you are down in Sinj with all the shops you need. 40 minutes away is Split with fantastic beaches. The locals have been nice and helpful. Our host Ive has helped us answer the questions we had and was really friendly.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. The place was extremely tidy and well maintained, the layout is one house with two separate floors that break up the rooms, it was great having two kitchens! It is close to the train station which goes straight into Split city centre (cheaper than the bus). The hosts were very accommodating for our group and made sure we had everything that we needed, thanks again Ana & Mateo!

This is a really beautiful, cosy house in Sutivan. Wonderful location on a quiet street close to the beach, cafes, etc. only 5 mins walk. Really high quality interior and great space. Sleeps 6 easily, we were 4 so perfect since for us. As others have noted, 3rd bedroom is accessible through another, and is a kind of loft room. The pool was super, kids loved it so much was hard to get them to the beach! Also hot tub a bonus on the day it was chilly. 100 % recommend. Would love to stay again if we came back to Brac.

Our stay at Majla's place in Blagaj was absolutely fantastic! Majla was an incredible host, always making sure we were comfortable and that everything was perfect. The house itself is not only spotlessly clean but also beautiful, making it a true home away from home. The large pool with its crystal-clear water was a highlight, and we loved spending our evenings grilling and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Blagaj is a stunning location with so much to explore, and our three children had an unforgettable time. Our youngest even said, "I want to stay here for a million days," which really says it all! Thank you so much, Majla—we can't wait to come back again!

Dafne and Mario are wonderful hosts, you can really tell how much love they’ve put in their hacienda. Highly recommend this stay for everyone looking for a relaxing time in a very beautiful and peaceful island and with everything you might need for a fun time. The outdoor kitchen and pool area are the real heart of the property, very well equipped, with stunning views. Indoor spaces are not too spacious but very practical with all the necessities. Car is needed to move around, the beaches are close by, there is a supermarket at 300mt, biking could be also an option. Sport dedicated spaces are amazing.

We had a wonderful time as a family of four staying at Verica & Mate’s place. Our children absolutely loved the pool! There are many different things to do from Split (even if the traffic was a little heavy getting in at times) & we also loved Trogir, Krka falls - Mate was brilliant at suggesting things to do & all within one hour of the villa. There is a train that runs behind the villa, but didn’t bother us at all in terms of sleeping etc. We were made to feel very at home & Mate was so quick to respond & helpful. Even providing homemade olive oil & wine! Highly recommend staying here.

It was a very good place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, close to a beach and with stores within walking distance. Bus connections to central Split was sufficient for our stay, although not the most frequent.

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

Can’t fault the apartment, location or hosts. Could have happily stayed longer. Loved it.

Anita was a wonderful host, proactive in her communication and provided very clear instructions (super helpful for us weary travellers many hours delayed on arrival). Her flat is super homely and comfortable and a quick taxi ride into the city. Would recommend

Amazing hosts and a lovely place to stay!

Great place, great host, great location, great beaches (careful on the left side of one beach there are tiny sea urchins that nobody seamed to notice) at 6 minutes walking distance. very quiet and peaceful neighboorhood and the hosts are so adorable you feel at home.

Fantastic view from the balcony - better than watching TV! Lovely swimming pool. A steep walk from the beach - but so is everywhere near here!. A great location in a lovely authentic village - all amenties nearby. I'd recommend the local fish restaurant too!!

Our stay at Villa Pauletta was incredible. The villa is beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable—exactly like the photos, if not better. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk from Diocletian’s Palace and all the historic sights, with amazing restaurants and cafes all around. Yet, despite being so central, the villa felt peaceful and private—like a hidden retreat in the heart of the city. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was Tomi, our host. He was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Whether it was offering local recommendations, answering questions quickly, or just checking in to ensure everything was perfect, Tomi’s hospitality was first-class. We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend Villa Pauletta to anyone visiting Split!

The owner is very welcoming, the house is very well located, very clean and functional, in a quiet location with a great view. A beautiful cove is a 1 minute walk away. A few minutes by car there is a tourist area with everything you need ( restaurants, bars, shops...). Only thing to pay attention to, if you are 4 or less you rent only one house and not both, in this case the outside and the pool can be shared with other people in the other house.

We (two couples) had a wonderful time at the villa in Kastel Kambelovac. The sea view from the terrace and the master bed room is wonderful. We enjoyed the heated pool and the sea, that is directly in front of the garden, only protected with a small door. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We lived 10 days in the house and we got new bath towels and bed sheets in the middle of our stay. We also used the grill in the garden and had Sea bass from the fish market not far away. There is a very good restaurant only 5 minutes walking distance. You can also reach a lot of restaurants when you walk along the beach to Kastel Stari or Kastel Novi. Very close is a Beauty Salon called Samsara where you can get various of fantastic massages. Trogir ist not far away and worth to visit. We had a wonderful time at the villa. Our host was very courteous, friendly and helpful. We would book the house again at any time.

We had a nice week in the house. The house is in a great location to make excursions to the Krka National Park, to Sibenik, Split, etc., but you definitely need a car for it. The house offers all for a comfortable stay. The reception by Anka was very friendly and she was always available for questions. We recommend the place for a vacation.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful villa in Imotski, Croatia. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, always available whenever we needed anything. The villa was perfect for a family getaway, with a lovely pool, plenty of deck chairs for relaxing, and well-maintained gardens, complete with a tennis table for some fun family games. The beds were really comfortable, ensuring we all got a great night’s sleep, and the TV system was excellent, keeping us entertained during our downtime. The BBQ area was a fantastic spot for outdoor meals, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and laid-back, making it a perfect place to unwind. Imotski is a charming, friendly town, and there are plenty of streams and scenic walks nearby, which were great for the kids to explore. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Highly recommend this villa for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable break!

We so enjoyed our time at Home Sweet Home. The outside gardens are beautiful and a wonderful place to sit and relax. We stayed for three nights wishing we had time for more. The surrounding area is a beautiful place to explore. We will return!

A great house with a very nice outdoor area It is well suited for families with dogs as the entire property is fenced. The pool is very nice and relatively large. The furnishings are of high quality and everything you need is available. I can definitely recommend the place.
