Our farm is close to Great Ocean Road Beaches, National Parks and Coastal towns such as Torquay, Anglesea and Barwon Heads. The tiny house created on the truck is an architectual delight. It is quite unique. Blue truck is situated on our beautiful biodynamic working farm with views of the green hills, creek and wetland. Horses, cows, ducks and chooks roam around and you are nestled in a peaceful tranquil wonderland of nature at it's best. My place is perfect for couples and families (with kids).

Welcome to our besoke renovated guest suite in sought-after Jan Juc. With a private entrance, this fully self-contained unit may be attached to our home but is separate in every other way. It features a queen bedroom with split heating/cooling system, ensuite bathroom, kitchen with stove top, oven, fridge and microwave and a newly landscaped private outside courtyard. Just a 10 minute walk to the local cafe, shop, pub and of course the stunning Jan Juc surf beaches and clifftop walking tracks.

Bells Surf Shack is a place to chill out and reconnect. Being a stones throw from famous surf spots, Winkipop and Bells, you can catch a wave and rinse off under the hot outdoor shower. Nestled amongst the native tree on a spacious 1 acre block (shared with the host residence - separate private dwellings), its simplicity at its best. Enjoy a beer whilst cooking on the BBQ, play pool or take a short walk to Swell café for a big brekky. Carefree, no stress, a great place to reset and relax.

Located a stone's throw away from world class surf breaks & beaches and Idyllically positioned less than 100 m away from cafe's and a hotel, The Beach House includes 2 bedrooms with the sofa in the lounge providing an option of a third bedroom. The open plan living area and front deck is bathed in natural sunlight with a newly renovated kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Walk to Bells Beach or relax at the reserve & picnic, play or skate. Our pet friendly cottages are on 5 beautiful acres of natural bushland between the magnificent Great Ocean Road and renowned surfing location, Bells Beach. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 car spaces and is fully self-contained, complete with BBQ and outdoor entertaining area. Wake up to the peaceful sounds of native birds and views of our garden and nearby dam. With wood fires inside and Netflix provided this is the perfect year-round retreat for families, couples, and lovers of the outdoors.

Wander out the front gate and straight onto Surf Coast Walk, where magnificent coastal views can be enjoyed immediately. A 200 metre stroll to Jan Juc village and its eateries, hotel and general store, and just a few minutes more to Bird Rock look out, overlooking Jan Juc beach. A 5-7 minute drive to central Torquay or Bells Beach.

Fee and Marks place is a peaceful spot in a quiet Jan Juc street, 15 mins walk to Jan Juc shops & beach, close to bus stop and 40 mins walk to Torquay or Bells beach. We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Mark is an artist & has embellished home & garden with his work. Fee is a masseus with treatment room upstairs. Please contact Fee if you would like to prebook a massage.

Possum House

Come and enjoy the open space. Our guest house is situated on 32 acres of country landscape with ocean views. Comfortably furnished. Large king bed, bunk room, fold out queen koala sofa & two single fold out occasional chairs. Both Bathroom have 2 showers 2 toilets. ( dormitory style bathrooms ) Modern kitchen with appliances. Outdoor bbq area, fire pit and plenty of room to play. Less than 5 mins drive to Torquay beach and shops. The best part is the freedom and fresh air:)

Our beautiful villa Ella's Rest is nestled on a 7 acre property in a quiet pocket of Torquay. Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. The natural aesthetic creates a space that captures light and views from every room making it seamless from outside to in. A sheltered deck overlooking the dam and a north facing courtyard with outdoor dining, shower and firepit makes it truly hard to ever leave.
