Built in 2016, after our original home was destroyed in the Jamestown flood 2013, this apartment was created to provide housing for aging parents, friends and guests. Wonderful, large 800 sq ft, open floor plan apt. However, the acre lot landscaping is still being completed.
“Julie is an amazing host and her friend Jennifer was friendly and helpful. Julie was one of town but she remain extremely responsive via messaging and her friend was available to help us with anything we need. The whole town is just a friendly place. The apartment is a basement but it has a heater with insulated floor so it isn’t cold at all. The entire apartment is just beautiful and fitting to the town it’s in. The entire town is breathtaking. It’s so worth it for the value. It’s a dog friendly place and you’ll see dog freely walking around that you can pet. There’s a little mercantile there that has a character of its own with really friendly folks there. It was an amazing experience. I was really sad to leave!”
Perfect relaxing getaway - private cabin with mountain stream just outside your window and hiking nearby. Close to Boulder and Indian Peaks Wilderness Area.
“Adorable and just as described. The cabin was perfect for a relaxing retreat. Just the right size and very well appointed. Kitchen had just what I needed and the entire place was very clean. The scenery of trees is so peaceful to look at through the windows. I was there in winter and the cabin was very cozy.”
This is on a bus route, 1 mile from central Boulder, it is a new tiny home. Has very nice views, near a bus line, rural setting.
“Jim was a wonderful host. The tiny home was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. Jim provided clear and helpful notes that were able to answer any questions we had during our stay and was very quick to respond to communication. The property was beautiful and the prairie dogs across the street were a great bonus. We loved our stay at the tiny home and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Boulder area.”
