Somos colombianos radicados en mexico, me hospedé en esté departamento, muy cómodo, limpio, relajado, cerca de todo, súper atención, me sentí como en mi propia casa, aire acondicionado, ventilador, cocina dotada de elementos que te facilitan tu estancia, refrigerador horno, agua caliente, platos, TV por cable, buen internet, seguro, buen estacionamiento, sin duda volvemos

La verdad que nos encantó, siempre tememos por el ruido de los vecinos , acá no escuchamos nada , es una colonia muy tranquila te sientes como en casa desde el primer día , hay tienda casi en frente de la casa , lugares para cenar en la esquina, muy céntrico y fácil la llegada a las playas , la anfitriona te daba recomendaciones y opciones de donde cenar , muy amable y siempre pendiente , contesta muy rápido ! Sin duda volveremos .

¡Agradable estancia! Me agradó su espacio, la zona y sus alrededores, en general muy bien lugar para estar en familia, volvería a reservarla sin duda.

Me sentí como en casa, asistí al festival del globo y me quedo super cerca, solo tuve un inconveniente con la chapa de la entrada pero enseguida me ayudaron a resolverlo e incluso Cindy fue en persona a resolverlo fue muy amable, el departamento es muy tranquilo y es tal cual las fotos, hay un Oxxo y un par de tienditas cerca, super recomendado este alojamiento

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Laura personally greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour, shared local tips, and even left some thoughtful goodies to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect—just two blocks off the Malecón in the heart of the art district. It was close enough to some of our favorite restaurants (No Se Nada, Melissa’s, Pipi’s, and Gaby’s) while offering a peaceful retreat from the lively energy of the Malecón. We loved starting our mornings with a walk along the waterfront before heading out for the day. The condo itself was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and having laundry facilities was a great convenience. But the true highlight was the private rooftop terrace—the perfect spot for morning coffee, soaking up the sun, and even getting in a workout. We travel extensively and have never experienced such kind and attentive hosts before. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Puerto Vallarta. Highly recommend!

The place was just as described and really roomy. The area is nice and felt safe and comfortable. I saw people walking their dogs outside day and night almost everyday. There’s restaurants and taco stands within walking distance as well as wine and bar locations and they had really calm and cheerful neighborhood vibes. It felt very safe and peaceful in the area. My family enjoyed the pool and the ability to sit together in the dining room table and open the sliding doors really wide. We had 5 adults in our group and we were comfortable in this location. We had a car and we were able to park it in the designated gated space. We also took a few Ubers to Zona Romantica and it was within $6 to $8.

Nos gustó mucho el lugar, es bastante agradable, los espacios generales están excelentes para tomarse buenas fotos, tiene varios espacios recreativos, mesas de ping pong, una pequeña biblioteca, restaurante, gym, etc. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que el aire acondicionado estuvo descompuesto durante 3 días, el último día lo arreglaron y quedó perfecto, pero fuera de eso si lo recomiendo, está muy bien ubicado en una zona bastante tranquila.

Karen was very responsive to needs and helpful with any questions. Close to all amenities including beach plaza shopping and restaurants. Bed is comfortable and wifi strong.

Esta en excelentes condiciones el departamento, muy limpio y esta igual que en las fotos. La atención de Rcardo excelente, siempre al pendiente. Muy recomendable.

Muy céntrico, con buen internet y aire acondicionado que enfría todo el espacio. Muy amables con la atención y siemore estuvieron pendientes. Se nos olvidaron las llaves y a los minutos nos abrieron.

I absolutely loooove this airbnb. They really thought of everything. It is without a doubt the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The host has gone above and beyond. The deck/patio is amazing. There’s all sorts of appliances in the kitchen. The bed is sooo comfy (which is very important for me lol), the decor is beautiful, there’s a Google home you can play music on, bath robes, a nice gym (even had a punching bag). This Airbnb has everything and more. Also, I cannot forget to mention the pool!!!! It is beyond amazing. An experience in itself. While we were up there in the pool, there was a firework show. Ahh I would love to go back because I don’t think I had enough time to enjoy it enough. Don’t hesitate to book. 😍 You won’t regret it. Thank you so much to Trevor and his team. Muy hermoso el departamento y el complejo habitacional, un poco frustrante tanta información y pasos que te pone a realizar pero en general el depa muy bien

Great stay in this traditional and beautifully decorated apartment! We loved the open air design. The location was great, close to the malecon and great restaurants! Parking was easy and always available during our week-long stay. We felt safe and had good communication with the host. We would stay here again!

Departamento Facil de llegar... A la entrada el personal muy amable, en la recepción son rápidos y con instrucciones precisas.... Muy bonito, amplio, cuenta con todo lo descrito, la piscina grande, suficientes camastros. Con excelente vista a la piscina y al mar. Excelente para descansar y disfrutar en familia... Sus Anfitriones muy amables, responden rápido a cualquier duda-pregunta. Lo recomendamos ampliamente...!!!

We loved our stay at Raul's place, lots of great places to eat nearby, Costco and La Comer a short walk, plus several small local shops for everyday fresh fruit and veggies, and other needs. We really enjoyed the balcony view of the mountains and soccer fields, when we arrived back in the evening we would sit on the balcony and enjoy watching local children and teens on the soccer fields. Kitchen was well equipped with pretty much everything we needed. Raul also supplied some beach umbrellas, soccer balls and boogie boards. Always room at the pool to enjoy the heat. We had requested chairs for the balcony, Raul was quick to respond and provide. We also purchased a small beach chair that we left behind for other guests to use in the future. Just a couple of things that could have made our stay a better, Raul might consider putting screens on the doors and windows. The 5 gallon water jug was empty when we arrived, might have been due to quick turnover of guests.

La propiedad está muy bonita, tal cual las fotos, además de limpio y ordenado. Las camas estaban deliciosas!! Me encantaron descanse muy bien. La propiedad excelente, la recomiendo 👌 La ubicación de Bolongo me parece excelente ya que está en un punto medio entre la Cruz de Huanacaxtle y Punta de mita. Me gusta que el complejo cuenta con amenidades para toda la familia, desde ludoteca, tiendita, café... Me encantaria que para llegar a la alberca que da a la playa no fuera tan lejos y sin tanta escalera... pero de ahí en más todo está padrísimo.

La casa muy limpia, camas cómodas, fácil acceso, cuenta con amenidades y todo lo que necesitas para tu estadía, lugar seguro, con estacionamiento asignado, sin duda volveríamos.

Buen lugar para una famila grande o grupo de amigos . Terraza con una exelente vista a la bahía . Buena comunicación con Eva siempre estuvo al pendiente. Recomendado .
