Great place to stay and relax. It's very quiet and serene. The house looks exactly like in the pictures. All utensils were there. The pool was very nice. We recommend the place.

The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The amenities are in great condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would be happy to come back.

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

Highly recommend this villa if you are travelling with a group of people. Every room has its own bathroom, it has a lot of beautiful corners to chill - the kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need. The villa is beautifully decorated - with lots of charme and details. Its only 30 minutes away from Rovinj and easy to reach with the car! We would stay there again, no question! The communication and check-in was very easy and quick, same with the check-out! We had the perfect stay!

Incredible place! The house is everything you need for a nice vacation in Croatia!

Vilijam is a very kind person. very responsive and always great advice. He is also a great cook, Vilijam surprised us by preparing 3 huge grilled fish, a treat. Not to mention the exceptional tasting of its olive oil. As for the accommodation, it's just heaven on earth. The house is functional, the outdoor barbecue with the sink is just excellent and very well thought out. The pool is fantastic, with deckchairs. Everything was perfect and we can't wait to come back and stay there and we hope to be able to have a drink with Vilijam. Moreover, Vilijam speaks very good English, which is a plus for communication. just a word so THANK YOU for this stay vilijam

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

Gorgeous flat right in the middle of old town Rovinj, but it was off the main streets so very quiet no matter what time of day. So spacious and tidy, and really felt at home there. Absolutely would stay again.

The house is very spacious and offers really enough space for several people. The place is manageable (but everything is there for daily needs) and therefore there is also the possibility to get into conversation with locals. A car is a must on site. A pool would be the icing on the cake, but then you would miss the many beautiful bays. The host has thought everything through well and responds or writes proactively. Thanks for the wonderful time!

We stayed at this lovely place for a week at the end of May with our dog. Upon arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from the bird's eye view of Ivan were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with everything you need and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea in front of the door, what else could you ask for. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

Great house and an amazing host would stay again

we had a great time, the house is very welcoming and well organized. Katia was very helpful and professional. The house is in a quiet and peaceful place, perfect for those who want to relax.

We were a group of 11 adults and 3 children, divided into the three houses on the property. The outdoor area left nothing to be desired: large pool with plenty of lounging area and umbrellas, hot tub, Huge garden with playground, barbecue and pizza oven - and everything very clean and well maintained. The owner Kristina was also always available for questions and welcomed us super nicely. We had a wonderful holiday!!! The only minus is the lack of air conditioning, which would definitely have given us better nights!

The house is nice and comfortably decorated. Exactly like in the photos. Keep in mind that it is located in a small village without much more than a few houses. If you have a car, it's easy to get into the larger cities. The host was super nice and helpful with recommendations nearby. All in all a great stay

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

There were eight of us in the house and it really fulfilled everything we expected. If you don't want to look at one of the beautiful cities or beaches in the area (Rovinj is highly recommended), there is more than enough to experience in the house. If you want to have an active or quiet vacation with friends, I highly recommend this house. The hosts were very warm and you felt right at home. Despite heavy rain, a new gas bottle was brought to us for grilling and the other communication was flawless and very friendly. We definitely plan to come back :)
