Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Waterfront country house

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Die Entenkoje bietet euch ein einmaliges Naturerlebnis im Naturpark Märkische Schweiz. Ihr benötigt keinen Führerschein und könnt das Boot ohne Vorkenntnisse fahren. Im Boot erwartet euch ein gemütliches Doppelbett mit Blick auf den Sternenhimmel. An Bord gibt es einen kleinen Gaskocher mit Kaffee, Tee und dem nötigen Zubehör – perfekt für euer Frühstück direkt auf dem Wasser. Switch off and relax!

Take a break! Schlagenthin is a small place to relax and linger. There are many lakes in the area that you can explore by bike or on foot. If you want to go to the capital, no problem, the train station is a 10-minute walk away. For small children, Willes Welt is just the thing. A large playground and many animals can be seen there.🐅🐫🦓 Buckow is not far away. There are cafés, restaurants and an ice cream shop with its own production.

Helga Bungalow

The bungalow was partially renovated in 2024 and offers a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. In the living area there is a couch which can be partially pulled out and serves as an emergency sleeping place. A conservatory of about 20 m² expands the living space to a total of about 55 m². The garden covers about 400 m². Important note: The pool located on the property may not be used at this time.

City break, or long stay? With all you need for living, these chic 22m² studios are smartly-designed, featuring natural textures and unique finishings. You’ll have a comfy 150cm x 200cm UK king-size bed, a desk for working, a kitchenette for effortless cooking and a modern bathroom. Got laundry? The communal laundry is yours to use as you please. Müncheberg liegt vor den Toren der Märkischen Schweiz. Die Gegend lädt ein zum Wandern oder Radfahren umgeben von Wäldern mit vielen kleinen Seen. Diese laden zum baden ein. Für gestresste Menschen ein Ort der Erholung und Entspannung, für Naturliebhaber ein Ort der Entdeckung. Der Bungalow bietet alles was man braucht, um einen erholsamen Aufenthalt/Urlaub zu genießen. Auch Kinder sind willkommen.

Bosco Uno

Bosco is an Italian forest. We were enchanted by the surrounding beech forest, which is part of a nature reserve with two lakes with a beautiful emerald color of water. Located on a glacial site, it enchants the landscape, with year-round colors and stunning views. This place made us want to build a home in natural technology, with an environment designed to make it a pleasure to spend time there.
