Beach house vacation rentals in Jaco

Yojaira's place is exactly as described. Loved the oceanfront vibe and proximity to a grocery store and various places to eat. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others looking for a reliable and clean place to situate yourself in the Jaco Beach area.

Beautiful space. The high ceilings are great and make it feel more spacious. It was surprisingly soundproof - we were traveling with 3 kids who wake up early, and the grownups were able to sleep in anyway! The beach is right behind the house, with great waves and not a lot of people. The pool is great for kids, and you'll see lizards hanging out by it. The whole area is gated, which let us feel safe letting the kids run around outside. It's a fairly quiet area, which was also nice. The kitchen was well-stocked. The little market on the corner has all the essentials you need, and it's a 30 min walk to a huge supermarket (or a $2 - $3 uber ride). Highly recommend the Puddlefish Brewery right up the street (5 min walk), for the passionfruit margarita, the fish burgers, and the passionfruit chili chicken wings! We would definitely stay here again on a future Jaco trip!

We had the loveliest time at this beachfront house. The pool is gorgeous - not too warm or cold. It was so refreshing to relax in the pool and stare at the waves. The house is in the best part of Esterillos, right in front of the “mermaid” and the tide pools. The house is well designed and makes use of all the spaces. It was clean and well equipped. You can also walk to the nearby store and there are a few good restaurants just a block or two away walking along the beach. It was an amazing place to share with family, we will be back!

This place was amazing! We have stayed in hermosa many times and love the area. This trip we traveled with 6 couples and a few kids and had plenty of space. The open area common area is big enough for everyone and having the pool was amazing. We truly appreciated the daily maid service and the recommendation for a private chef was incredible. Liza cooked us 5 breakfasts and 3 dinners and all were spectacular, on time, and had plenty of food for everyone (always had leftovers). Not having to waste time grocery shopping or doing dishes was a huge plus! For anyone who may book her just a heads up that the expectation is to pay for groceries after each meal (she provides receipt) and then you’ll pay the service charge at the last meal (it’s very reasonable). It was a little tough for us to communicate so took us some time to put that info together. Figured it’d help someone else! 10000% want to come back and stay here.

Such an amazing house and location. The house is beautiful, the beds were all quite comfortable. Lots of space and bathrooms for many people. The outside garden, BBQ area and pool were so amazing, it was a nice place to spend the afternoon in some shade when the beach sun was too intense. The beach is spectacular, the local neighbours are so friendly, they always make sure you and your family stay safe and aware of tides and currentswhen you go to the beach. The melon/fruit truck that drives by is such a welcome bonus. I would have liked to see a little more up keep in the kitchen with cupboards hanging off hinges and no handle on the freezer and more cooking supplies (pots, pans, flippers). We had three adults and 4 children (1, 3, 9, and 11) everyone enjoyed the location and the house :) highly recommend. Danny and the team was also super responsive and very nice to deal with 😁

If we could give more than 5-stars we would. Before we even arrived, Kelly was so helpful, suggesting tours and giving us local travel tips. The house is gorgeous, the property is pristine, and the hosts were so accommodating. Book it now!

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!

Megan was a fantastic host and made our stay absolutely fantastic from start to finish! She went above and beyond to book excursions, offering dinner recommendations (and even making reservations). Megan’s hospitality was truly full service and we could not be more grateful! Cannot recommend this property (or one of her other properties) enough! 10/10! Thank you, Megan!

Amy’s place was perfect for us. The location was very nice and private, close to restaurants and close enough to many attractions. We loved the pool and enjoyed it as much as we could. Amy was very proactive, she gave us many good recommendations, checked in on us many times and overall was very friendly. We would definitely come back and stay there again.

Very nice place, the cleanliness is impeccable, the hosts were very kind to us and were attentive, the place is cozy, they keep it very nice, you can see the love they have invested and it is very comfortable. The only drawback is the noise from the neighbors, but fortunately inside the apartment you can't hear much, so we spent the night very quietly. Very grateful for the good service and cleanliness of the spectacular place!

Everything about our family stay with Kib was outstanding! Easy, relaxing, we felt taken care of. The communication was so easy from the very beginning. We 100% recommend his little oasis in the Jacó - thank you so much Kib for having us and our kiddos in your beautiful place.

Our stay at William's house in Jacó was excellent. The location is perfect, super central but within a quiet condominium. The house was impeccable, with nice details in the decoration, clean bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a super clean pool. The dining spaces, both inside and outside, are ideal for sharing with family or friends. It is important to know that, being in a condominium, there are rules to respect, but that does not prevent you from enjoying the place in a quiet way. It's a comfortable, nice and very well kept place. I would recommend it 100% and would definitely come back. Thank you William for being a great host!

A beautiful house! With very nice details in sight, my family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Super close to downtown, super safe, the pool is spectacular and she is an excellent host, very friendly and diligent. We had a beautiful trip full of peace and quiet.

The house is the same as in the photos, even the rooms are nicer than what you see in the photo, the pool is cool, but not so perfect for people 1.55 meters tall and the 8 of us fit well in the pool, so it is big

The house was in a perfect spot, quick access to stores, restaurants, bars, everything. We were a group of 6 & it never felt like we were on top of each other. Towels were available but you will need to bring your own wash cloths/loofah. Overall a great space to stay in Jacó

Beautiful place with a great view. Tucked neatly on a sea side cliff with sound of calming waves to wake up to everyday. Great view, Great pool and patio with bbq options, Extra patio with views of the Pacific, Plenty of space and my kids loved the pool. Waves do get rough in the nearby beach so pool is a great alternative. You dont need go to a park to see wildlife when you have it all around you. I saw so many birds I have never seen in my life. Host is very responsive and friendly. Check in is easy. Beach is very clean. Not many cons to list to be honest but a couple things to be aware of - House is deep inside a community/club called Punta Leones and is far from the main road and also gated with security so no food delivery or taxis. - Beach is closeby but you have to walk down and uphill (pretty steep climb) and the club wont let you use their water if you need a shower after beach. Staff there is pretty annoying and chase you arnd to make sure you arent using their water.

Thank you for the stay at Casa Keda! We were in town for a fitness retreat and we LOVED our stay here! Private, quiet neighborhood, beautiful patio area, easy to walk to downtown. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting Jaco

We enjoy the place. Big enough for the family reunion. Every family had his own room with restroom. Very close to beach. We enjoy seeing some monkeys. I recommend this places, surely you will enjoy!!
