This place was even better than the photos. Very central to everything in Jaco and while there is good coffee and food all over town there is a great coffee shop right on the ground level. The unit has everything you need if you want to eat every meal at home. Parking is super easy and the security staff are always kind and helpful. The pool is great and the beach is right almost on property. Could not have been happier. The responsiveness of Stan and Philip is immediate and they are available to chat if you have questions. 6 out of 5 stars.

This was hands down one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed! It felt as though we were the only ones there! Everything in the condo was wonderful. When we do return to Costa Rica, we will stay here again! It truly made us feel like royalty! Fantasy Island at his finest.! Loved it! Great Host!

We enjoyed a very lovely stay! The condo is open and bright, with impeccable furnishings and everything you could possibly need for your time in Jaco. We were actually greeted by the host and she had fresh fruit for us and even a delicious chocolate cake! Wow! What a special surprise! In addition, we were provided with delicious ground coffee, which went very well with the chocolate cake and made for energetic and happy mornings before we set off on our various journeys. The swimming pool is very large and unique, a great way to relax and cool off after a day of exploring. We definitely recommend the condo to anyone who wants to have a wonderful time in Jaco.

Wow!!! A perfect stay ! Beyond Expectations! I had an absolutely amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, Yuri was there to help for a smooth check in process. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured (if not better). That view in photos is a must see in person because WOW!! The host Yuri went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful with all the little touches that made a big difference. The location was ideal—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream. Every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area, and laundry room set up showed real care and quality. I honestly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat. I can’t say enough good things about this condo! The place was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay week long stay. But the real highlight? The pool! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures—crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, and the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The location was ideal—just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and the beach, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. And the host? Absolutely amazing. Super responsive and friendly. You can tell they truly care about making your stay perfect. We’re already planning our return!

I stayed at Ana Milena’s place from Sunday to Thursday, and it was truly enjoyable and comfortable. The place is amazing beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. Everything was just as described, and I felt right at home. I had a great time and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! Host was very responsive! Beautiful views and very relaxed vibe. The space itself was very clean, there was a little mold in the kitchen and bathrooms.. but I think it is because of the humidity and moisture in the area. They provided tons of towels, the kitchen is well stocked. Access to a washer and dryer is a PLUS!! Great location! You have access to the pool and also the beach is literally steps away! You can walk to the Jaco strip where there is tons of restaurants and shops. Overall it was very pleasant. We would absolutely love to use this place again!

The 3 bedroom condo was in exceptional shape and very clean. The location is very secure with attentive 24 hour security. The beachfront location is excellent with Croc’s resort access a huge benefit.

We stay for 4 days and let me tell you we travel the world but this Condo is amazing. what a view and location with too many thing to do at walking distance. Condo is nice and clean and top off all best view of beach. I highly recommend to anyone like to enjoy and have a fun at safe and clean place. AAA+++ Host

I’ve stayed in several units in this building, the furniture in the specific unit was very nice including the TVs and the outdoor furniture was also very nice compared to some of the other rentals in that building

This place exceeded all our expectations. It was extremely well-appointed & Mario & Sheri’s attention to detail was phenomenal. They were very helpful with suggestions for local activities & places to eat. Always quick to respond to any questions. The taqueria had wonderful food & the service was very good. Fabulous location on the beach & felt very safe as well.
