Kayakers be mindful if you decide to cruise to the New River as gators have been sighted along that journey. Plenty of sidewalks if you must get a run/walk in before your day begins. Beautifully furnished and remodeled sound front townhome located 1.5 blocks to the beach access. My home is a 3 bedroom/2 bath home (3rd bedroom set up as an additional living area to take advantage of the view of the pool and sound). 1 Queen and 2 twins. Hands on owner has rented his beach homes for 29 years and is focused on excellent customer service so that his guests have a wonderful stay! Well stocked kitchen, wifi, full size washer/dryer, community pool and pier.
