Location is excellent! This upscale neighborhood is near everything, the military base, very close to the best restaurants Jacksonville has to offer! Plus not far from the beach too! This home has all amenities such as fireplace, dining/living room, jet tub in master bedroom, covered front porch with rocking chairs, bar area, full dining room &, private screened in back porch facing the peaceful woods, gas fire pit, gas grill, huge fenced in deck & enjoy private hottub overlooking the woods!

Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. It also has a laundry room. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches within 35 miles.
