Pure relaxation - in this spacious and serene space. The apartment on our farm is located between the Emmental and the Bernese Oberland in Brenzikofen on the edge of the forest. Perfect for nature lovers and athletes. Directly from the apartment there are beautiful hiking trails that show a view of the entire Alpine chain. Not far away in summer (15 min. walk) flows the Rothache and invites you to take a refreshing dip. 20-minute drive and you are at the beautiful Lake Thun.

Silke's place was magnificent, with stunning views from all rooms and an unsurpassed sense of tranquility looking out at Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains. The place itself was modern and sparkling clean, with comfortable beds, a beautiful kitchen, luxurious bath products, and a patio that was very hard to leave. She offered excellent tips for things to do in the area and was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We would love to come back for a longer stay, and highly recommend this special spot.

Cozy feel-good room with balcony

Lovely quiet residential area that's a good base to visit around! The room is pretty big, comfy with a balcony, table, chairs and info pack of local sights and trip ideas. Bathroom next door was also really clean, spacious and perfect after a long day. Communication from Kurt & Judith was perfect, they made sure to give advice and explain things. Its about 8min walk to the station, from there it's 2 stops to Thun and then it easy to catch trains to all the areas you're likely to visit. I didn't mind the commute into the more tourist areas as the trains and busses were so reliable with the SBB app with very nice views and pleasent trains. There's also a small supermarket Volg 5 mins from the property which I'd recommended to grab food as it serves the locals. Thanks again! I think it's a great place for the price if you just need a big, comfy place to sleep and go explore each day. I explored around Interlaken, Brienz, Thun, Grindelwald & surrounding areas for this trip.

Very nice hosts. Apartment has everything you need. Very quiet and yet the city center can be reached quickly by bus. Bus with guest card free and bakery also directly accessible. All in all, a great way to explore Thun and the surrounding area from there.
