You can easily access everything from my house, which is in a central location. 1 min to the tram. 5 min walk to Bostanlı ferry terminal and Karşıyaka ferry terminals. There are 25 m2 terraces in the front and back. It is a quiet and calm street. If you wish, you can enjoy the hammock on the terrace while listening to music with Monster speakers.

Bornova Residence 1+1 (200 m to Metro)

It is 200 meters from the metro station. It is a 1+1 apartment in a residence with 24/7 security. Everything from A to Z is available in the house. 2 minutes to the ring road, highway and public transportation. There is free indoor and outdoor parking.
