Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your #separate entrance# 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, is 40 square meters. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you can use the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centers, and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.

Very nice spacious house. Perfect for up to seven people. Even in midsummer a great place, as there is almost always some wind. 400 meters to the beach.
