We are Aymesev Stone Building Tourism Company. Our house is in Çeşme Fenerburnu Marina. It is 400 square meters with a 30 square meter pool. 5 rooms, 2 living rooms, large garden. Furnished with new and very stylish furniture. It has all the comforts of a luxury villa. There are fully equipped kitchen utensils. 5 minutes by car to Ayayorgi beach clubs. 2 min to Çeşme center. 15 min to Alaçatı center. My house has a sauna, sports equipment, and a jacuzzi. The windows opening to the pool offer you the opportunity to take beautiful photos.

Denize sıfır taş evimiz, 1 yatak odasi, salon, mutfak, banyo ve bahçede yer alan ahşap yapı iki yatak odasından oluşmaktadır. Toplam 3 yatak odasi ve 3 çift kişilik yatak bulunmaktadır, koltuk yatak oluyor. Evimizin önünde yer alan geniş terasta denizin ve güneşin tadını çıkartabilir, barbeku yapabilir, sade ve kullanışlı bir tatil evidir. Evin önündeki iskeleden ya da sığ kıyıdan denize kolayca girilebilir. Sabahları denize karşı kahvaltı yapabilir, gün boyu denizin tadını çıkarabilirsiniz.

Ferienhaus ist vom Tourismusministerium Zertifizirt.Das Haus liegt in einer Siedlung und ist direkt an eine Strandpromenade angebunden. Von dort kann die nächste Ortschaft Ürkmez zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreicht werden (Bäckerei, Supermärkte, Wochenmarkt, Apotheke, Ärzte, Restaurants etc...). Die Großstadt Izmir (40 km) ist mit Bus/Dolmus (Minibus) ,oder mit Taxi erreichbar . Vor dem Haus befindet 50 Meter entfernt der Sandstrand .Im Haus befindet Trinkwasser Kühlgerät.(Sebil) und 3 Klimagerät .

You can use this area in summer and winter, regardless of the weather. Our house consists of 3 rooms, 1 living room and an open kitchen. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a full sea view. The floor is Italian marble and has underfloor heating.
