Vacation rentals with a patio in İzmir

we enjoyed our stay 2 adults and 2 kids enough space, 10 min walk to grocery stores. very enjoyable staying in the garden, my kids loved the hammock. everything that you would need in a kitchen. 10min drive to the send beach great for kids ( entrance 450 TL per adult). restaurants where in the neighbourhood, you even have a paediatric dr across the street 😁I totally recommend the place

We had an excellent welcome, Ertan's mom is a very beautiful person, she welcomed us with great kindness and she informed us very well. The accommodation is really great and very pleasant to stay in. Thank you so much and if we go back to Izmir, we'll go back to Ertan's. 😊👍

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was also very authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 spacious rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, with its own toilet and bathroom, where 2 couples could easily stay. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

This is my second time staying at Mr. Erol's place. Two friends stayed here before, now I wanted to stay here with my wife. The reason I chose this place again is the reliability and hospitality of Mr. Erol, beyond the location and the view. You can find beautiful views elsewhere, but you won't find a loving host. Everything was sufficiently clean. Even the cats are peaceful. This is a place where we are happy. I hope that in the future we will all be vigorous, cultured, self-improving, respectful individuals like Mr. Erol. There is a lot to learn from him and his cats. We thank him very much for hosting us and for all our conversations.

Mrs. Pınar's house is on the street overlooking the beach and across the minibus stop. The location is very nice. We liked the house very much. The beds are comfortable, one is double and the other is for one person. It has a terrace upstairs with a great view. The house was as it appeared. It was very easy to find. It is very easy to reach the market, parking lot and beach restaurants. We were pleased. Ms. Pınar also helped us with everything and responded. Thank you.

The location of the house was very central and safe, very comfortable in terms of transportation and surrounding amenities. 7 minutes by car to Alaçatı bazaar. The order and cleanliness of the house was very good; there was a minor problem with the cleaning at the first entrance, but Mr. Engin solved the situation very understandingly and quickly, and even made a gesture by giving us +1 day as a gift to make us happy. We also thank them for their approach and hospitality. The house had everything we needed: air conditioning, clean sheets and towels, kitchen equipment was complete. The interior was spacious and tastefully furnished, every detail necessary for a comfortable holiday was considered. Our host was very caring, solution-oriented and respectful.
