Amazing apartment .... even bigger than on the pictures. It has everything you need, including an amazing view on the town and the see. Supermarkets are on walking distance .... You can reach city center easily with dolmus or taxi.... host is extremely friendly and reacts quickly. Will definitely return one day!

This apartment was our first stop on our Turkish Riviera trip, and overall, it was a great experience. Everything was clean, well-organized, and nicely decorated with a cool vibe. One of the best features is the stunning view overlooking the sea port it definitely added something special to our stay. The apartment itself is in a great location in the heart of İzmir, in the Konak area, which makes it super convenient for exploring the city. The host was also excellent he messaged me, checked in to see if we needed anything, and was very welcoming. The only downside for us was that it’s a bit far from good swimming spots. We ended up driving about 30 to 45 minutes to Çeşme to find a nice beach, which was totally worth it because we spent the whole day there and had a great time. So if you’re planning to explore Çeşme during the day and come back to İzmir in the evening, this place is actually a great base. Overall, I’d give it a solid 6/10

The location of the house was really nice, it was very easy to get everywhere. The house was clean and as seen in the pictures. Mr. Gökhan was a very caring host, thank you very much, we will definitely come again:)

First of all, Ms. Fatma is a really nice host. Very friendly, tolerant, friendly, polite lady. She asked if I need anything at every turn She was very helpful. She even offered me pancakes one morning. I was very well accommodated. The house was literally spotless. It was spotless from towels to bed, wardrobe to kitchen utensils. I had no issues with check-ins and outs. Thanks to Ms. Fatma, she was flexible. Kitchen utensils are fine Extremely quiet, calm and peaceful neighborhood. A few minutes walk to the sea. The sea is very nice. It has a spacious and immaculate feel. A few minutes by car from the center of Foça. The grocery store is also a 5-10 minute walk away. It was a great and hassle free stay for me.

The absolute best experience. Ali and his friends and family were so special and helpful with everything. We also received fresh pastries every morning!! Beyond hospitable and close to everything. One of the absolute best cities to visit. We will be back and we will stay here!!!!

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

I have had Airbnb experiences in different cities in different countries before, but this is the first time I have encountered a home with so many thoughtful guests. The structure of the house itself is beautiful, and it was nice to provide complete service with the guest in mind. Thanks to Ms. Gül, she asked how we were and our satisfaction every day. Mrs. Pınar's house is on the street overlooking the beach and across the minibus stop. The location is very nice. We liked the house very much. The beds are comfortable, one is double and the other is for one person. It has a terrace upstairs with a great view. The house was as it appeared. It was very easy to find. It is very easy to reach the market, parking lot and beach restaurants. We were pleased. Ms. Pınar also helped us with everything and responded. Thank you.

It was a vacation we enjoyed immensely. If the June price was like May, we would have stayed at least 10 more days. The location of the Miniq house is perfect, you are in the center of the town, it is extremely easy to reach everywhere on foot. From ice cream parlors to fish sandwich shops, from small shops to harbor restaurants, from the municipality to the hospital, from military social facilities to beaches, everything is right at your feet. The night view is another beauty. There's almost no traffic, just enough to hear the music at night. We wish everyone who reads this review a pleasant holiday in our Miniq home.

Çapan’s place is located very conveniently in the Old Bazar. We were ten minutes from the port and water front, excellent restaurants and bars, and access to transportation to Ephesus and Milli National Park. The unit itself is well appointed. Çapan was always responsive, kind, and helpful. Highly recommended.

We first booked through Airbnb. I have to say, there were no problems. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and it has everything you need. There is also a pool, which was also very well maintained and clean. A clear 10 out of 10 :)

There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches. I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.

The place was very nice, right in the center of old town Bazar which is the most beautiful area in Kuşadası I believe. Ayşegül was so sweet, nice and helpful. It was clean and nice, lots of bars and restaurants around to have fun. Plus it's close to the port. Definitely recommend it.
