There is a large hall at the entrance and 2 bedrooms with sea view on the upper floor, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. All materials used consist of first class wood and stones. All electronic equipment and central system are air-conditioned and each room has a separate appliance. There is a well-efficient air-conditioning system for heating and cooling. Hot water is available continuously with an electric water heater.

Beach is only 2 minutes from our house with car and bus. İn front of the castle bus and minibus leaves every 15 minutes to the beach. There are tour boats nearly 50 meters to our home. They are visiting All the bays in Sigacik. Our house is in the center of Sigacik. So you won't need a car. All cafes, restaurants, markets and boutique clothing stores are within walking distance. You can stay with your family and loved ones in our house with 6 beds in total.
