Faruk Bey çok kibar ve anlayışlı. Evin konumu, olanakları ve manzarası çok iyi. Dikili’de kalacaklara kesinlikle öneriyorum.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön – besonders die Aussicht und der Balkon haben uns begeistert. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gut gelegen und definitiv weiterzuempfehlen!

Mustafa was a great host, everything was smooth and easy. He was very responsive and the apartment is a high standard. Good gym facility and the pool was nice. Would recommend.

높은 고층 아파트는 바다전망과 훌륭한야경을 보여줍니다. 1층 야외 수영장은 수실이 굉장히 좋습니다. 생수로 채운것 같은 착각이 들 정도입니다. 가게와 식당등이 1층에있고 자동차가 있다면 시내 접근이 더욱 뛰어날것입니다

Koray greeted us at check-in and was very friendly with excellent communication throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Izmir, we will definitely be rebooking for our next trip!

Evin konumu dikilinin tam merkezinde,halk plajının önünde. Market ve sosyal alanlara çok yakın. Evde misafirlerin rahat etmesi için tüm eşyalar mevcut, detaylı düşünülmüş. Denizi ılık, çocuklu aileler için ideal. Bizim kaldığımız mevsimde geceleri serindi, klimaya ihtiyaç duymadık. Eve ilk girdiğimizde temiz ve düzenliydi biz de aynı şekilde teslim ettik. My husband is Turkish and knew this area well. The apartment is in a small block and is very peaceful and quiet area BUT only 2 minute walk to shops, restaurants and less than 10 minutes from Marina & Port areas. Lots of shops, chemists for all your needs within minutes of this clean spacious apartment. Kitchen well equipped incl.dish washer, fridge freezer, air fryer & 4 ring hob. Mustafa also supplied a large bottle of water that lasted us for the whole week.Very kind gesture! The double bedroom has balcony that gets sun for most of day. Balcony off sittingroom area has side view of marina area & overlooking large grass area. Washing machine worked well, clothes airer to dry washing & air con/ heat & cool unit in Sittingroom area. other bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedding nice quality & spare bedding in wardrobe. When we are back in Izmir we will come back to this place for sure.

This place was exactly what was expected! Everything was listed greatly and it was in a location that was not far to get a taxi anywhere. The host was super communicative and although the pool was not supposed to open for a couple weeks, it did end up opening and he let me know right away which I thought was awesome! Definitely recommend staying here :)

Ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war klein aber fein. Völlig ausreichend für zwei Personen. Hat alles was man für den Alltag braucht. Zudem war sie sehr sauber. Als Bonus hat man noch die Aussicht.

Ik verbleef recentelijk in het appartement van Özerk en was zeer tevreden. Het appartement is ideaal gelegen in een rustige buurt maar dichtbij bezienswaardigheden en openbaar vervoer. Het is ruim, schoon, modern ingericht en volledig uitgerust. Özerk was een geweldige gastheer, zeer communicatief en behulpzaam, en zorgde ervoor dat we ons thuis voelden. Extra voorzieningen zoals snelle WiFi, een smart-tv en basisbenodigdheden maakten het verblijf nog aangenamer. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was uitstekend. Ik kan Özerk's appartement sterk aanbevelen en zal hier zeker weer verblijven bij een volgend bezoek.

Unforgettable stay in a hidden paradise This was one of the most unbelievable places we’ve ever stayed! Tucked away inside a serene mandarin garden, the mansion is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking for peace, beauty, and a touch of luxury. The surroundings are calm and lush, and the view of the beach at sunset is absolutely magical. The amenities are exceptional—an infinity pool, and even table tennis and a pool table made every day enjoyable. It truly felt like a private resort. What made our stay even more special was the host. Not only was he incredibly welcoming and friendly, but he also went out of his way to bring us fresh fruit and even drove us to the grocery store—something we’ll never forget. This place is ideal for family reunions. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful everything was. I hope to come back someday soon—it really was a dream.

Konum tam kafa dinlemelik, çevrede çok güzel koy ve plajlar mevcut. Her türlü aracınız ile eve ulaşabilirsiniz sadece eve 10 dk kala bir kaç çukura dikkat ederek gitmenizi öneririm. Ev sahibi gayet iyiydi ve iletişimleri de samimiydi.

Karşılama mükemmeldi. Bizi otogardan alıp eve kadar götürdü. İnanılmaz güleryüzlü ve ince düşünceli birisi. Bir gün fazla kalmamıza izin verdi. Evle ilgili tüm bilgileri anlattı. Teşekkür ediyoruz.
