Vacation rentals in Ivanica

The house was absolutely stunning! It was very clean and tidy and was decorated to perfection, we had everything we needed including all of the little things ( toastie machine, sanitary wear and cotton pads in the bathroom) The views from this villa are breathtaking they are even better than the pictures. The pool is very big which is perfect for the amount of guests. Ines was super helpful in organising taxis for us and going to the villa when we left a phone when we were on a day trip. My one piece of advice if your planning to stay in this villa would be to rent a car as we didn’t, and taxis can get very expensive ( €70 going to Dubrovnik, €40 to Cavtat etc) The closest supermarket is around a 10/15 minute drive it is walkable but it is a lot of up and down hill. The hosts even gave us a little gift when we were leaving which was so thoughtful! They provided us with milk juice, fresh bread cheese’s ham’s and fruit for when we arrived! Amazing venue. Everything you need. Beautiful views. Infinity pool superb. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for 8 people. Lots to do in the property. Very spacious. Easy access to local restaurants and to the City of Dubrovnik by car. Could not have asked for more. Hosts were very flexible and helpful and kept in touch throughout our stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez notre hôte Mirsad. Il est très accueillant, chaleureux, disponible, gentil, prend le temps et est au petit soin pour ses invités. Même la barrière de la langue n’est pas un problème, il utilise ChatGPT :) Le logement est très sympa, un appartement dans une maison où nous avons accès à la piscine. Endroit calme et paisible. Rapport qualité prix excellent. Logement à côté de la frontière Bosniaque, à 20min en voiture de Dubrovnik. Nous gardons grâce à lui un excellent souvenir de la Bosnie. Merci Mirsad

La villa está en una urbanización nueva. Prácticamente la casa estaba por estrenar. Todo nuevo. Las habitaciones muy amplias al igual que los baños, con duchas muy modernas. La moderna cocina abierta al salón, con electrodomésticos premium, fue muy agradable para estar juntos. Las vistas lejanas al mar son espectaculares desde la zona de la piscina. Desde la villa pudimos visitar Dubrovnik y algunas playas cercanas, también Montenegro y la ciudad de Kotor así como las cataratas de Kravice en Bosnia. Un lugar para estar todo el tiempo que te puedas permitir. En nuestro caso fueron cinco días aunque nos hubiera gustado poder estar más tiempo. Durante la estancia, Tijana respondía a nuestras dudas en menos de 5 minutos, para saber dónde estaba el control remoto de la cascada de la piscina, las luces nocturnas, etc. Las hamacas exteriores comodísimas. Casi que apetecía dormir ahí. La piscina siempre limpia desde la llegada. La villa es completamente de lujo.

Villaen var stort , vakkert og veldig isolert. Utsikten var nydelig med utsikt over Kroatia og havet. Det var så romslig at tre familier kan lett bo der separat, alle med sitt eget kjøkken og spiserom. (Trådløse nettverket funket ikke i den ene leiligheten). Vi var litt uheldig med været men vi fikk allikevel mye ut av oppholdet. Grunnen til at prisen var så rimelig må være at sted ligger på Bosnisk side og en må over en grenseovergang for å komme til Dubrovnik. For oss som ville se tre land var ikke det noe problem. Vertskapet var hyggelig og svarte og fikset ting raskt. Det eneste minus vi opplevde var dusjene som ikke hadde jevnt flyt av varmtvann hvilke gjorde vanskelig å dusje. Anbefaler å handle i Trebinje istedenfor Dubrovnik på grunn av pris. Dette stedet anbefales.

This house is perfect for larger groups as it has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The views are stunning! The house was spotless and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Note to future guests, we had some difficulty finding the house - the road to get to it is directly behind the border control station. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb near Dubrovnik, Croatia. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We absolutely loved the hot tub and the breathtaking view over Dubrovnik. The place was well-equipped and very clean, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host was incredibly responsive and very friendly, providing helpful recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We felt well taken care of and highly recommend this place!
