The home is newly renovated with a functional and equipped kitchen, bathroom, spacious bedroom with double box bed, walk in closet, TV, air conditioning and extra bed. From the bedroom there is a covered terrace overlooking the sea and the pine forest. The beach is a 2-minute walk away.

The house spans across two floors, with a large living room, kitchen, and toilette located on the ground floor. The first floor comprises of three rooms, each with its own bathroom and AC. The house has a beautiful garden adorned with a variety of flowers and plants, and a stunning pool that provides a perfect oasis for relaxation.
