Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Unique, cute, bungalow in quiet spot. Walk to Commons, restaurants, shops, entertainment. Near Ithaca College (.8 miles) and Cornell (1.1). Includes livingroom, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen (full stove, refrigerator, microwave), sunroom, clothes washer/dryer. Queen bed, dresser, closet. Deck and patio in the back. Recreation trail (20 miles of paths, creek and falls), entrance from our street. Bus stop on corner. Driveway in front of bungalow is yours! No through traffic, peaceful.

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

The Barn Manor with Manners: Barndo with Love!

Experience luxury at Barn Manor, a converted barn surrounded by fields and forests. Relax in a jetted tub with heated floors, enjoy fireside evenings, and admire custom woodwork, marble accents, indoor hammock and unique windows. Both levels are open floor plans: the first floor has a queen bed, full kitchen, living space, and bathroom; upstairs offers a king bed with Casper mattress, queen futon, and optional fold-out twin. This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.

Parkview Cottage

Charming historic train station (ca.1830) located near the southeast corner of Cayuga Lake, across the street from Stewart Park, the Visitor Center and the Cayuga Waterfront Trailhead. This house is not for everybody. It has a rustic, bohemian vibe. There is a flight of stairs leading to the bedroom. Looking for someone to stay for a month from 12/26-1/24. $850.
