PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY: The studio apartment is located on the second floor, where there are a total of three units. Access to this unit is through a shared corridor, which passes in front of the other two studio apartments. Only the corridor is for common use; each accommodation is independent. Approx. 800 meters from the beach. We don't have a garage, the vehicles are parked in front and it's a very quiet street. We have a camera at the entrance to the gate. We do not provide linen or bath linens.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 en-suite, 1 social bathroom and 1 external bathroom, living room, equipped American kitchen, service area, large balcony, leisure area with barbecue, beautiful garden and parking that accommodates up to 5 cars. Close to the famous Feira do Sol, Píer dos Pescadores, pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket, ice cream parlors and etc.

No loft embora não ofereça estacionamento, existe a facilidade de estacionar bem próximo em duas praças públicas, sendo uma em frente e outra logo ao lado .

It is a fully independent house, located 100 meters from the beach, safe, easy to access and in an excellent location. The house is at street level and has no stairs. It's very cool and the room has air conditioning. We have a private and covered garage, in front of the property. The guest will be very well received with courtesies (mineral water, coffee and biscuit). And we have a differential: The TV (42") has a BOX of channels, series and movies released.
