PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY: The studio apartment is on the second floor, where there are a total of three units. Access to this unit is through a shared corridor, which passes in front of the other two studio apartments. Only the hallway is in common use; each accommodation is independent. Approx. 800 meters from the beach. No visitors or pets allowed. We don't have a garage. There's a camera at the gate entrance. We do not provide bed and bath linens. Before finalizing the reservation, ask any questions.

All with independent entrance. The house also has a kitchen equipped with utensils/appliances, social bathroom, leisure area with barbecue/wood-burning stove, service area, in addition to a terrace with a small bar. Garage for 3 passenger cars. Vacation with peace of mind, comfort! We provide bedding and bathing.

Relaxe neste espaço calmo e cheio de estilo. A passeio ou a trabalho, acomodação aconchegante, wifi, ventilador de teto, cozinha equipada, área na entrada espaçosa, acabamento de ótima qualidade e de excelente bom gosto. Nao oferecemos café da manha. Bem localizado, restaurantes, bares, bancos, lojas, poucos minutos da praia. No loft embora não ofereça estacionamento, existe a facilidade de estacionar bem próximo em duas praças públicas, sendo uma em frente e outra logo ao lado .

Marataízes Beach House

It is a fully independent house, located 100 meters from the beach, safe, easy to access and in an excellent location. The house is at street level and has no stairs. It's very cool and the room has air conditioning. We have a private and covered garage, in front of the property. The guest will be very well received with courtesies (mineral water, coffee and biscuit). And we have a differential: The TV (42") has a BOX of channels, series and movies released.
