It has 3 bedrooms, two en-suites, plus two bathrooms, and an external bedroom with 1 double bed and another single bed, all with air-conditioning, a 9x6 meter swimming pool, with a deck, and other accessories. As for the house, it is very airy and incredibly ventilated (total spring), close to the beach. Cacha Pregos beach has still waters (like a swimming pool), ideal for children and the elderly. The house is located 200 meters from the beach, approximately 3 minutes on foot.

An old house in the most charming neighborhood of Salvador. The house is spacious and has two bedrooms and a living room. One of the rooms (which we use as an office) is absolutely new and has a splendid view of the Bay of All Saints. New refrigerator and stove. It is worth mentioning that we are in a residential area and that parties/ events are not allowed in the house.
