Vacation rentals with lake access in Itaparica Island

The Estadia was otima, the very functional house, it has everything we need. everything neatly clean, Jorlan and the super sympathetic mother, assisted me in everything. The only thing I thought was bad is that there are few windows so the house is not well ventilated, but there is a fan in all the rooms. About the location is really very close to the beach but the nearby beach I found it pretty dirty, the Piatã Beach that is nearby, too. The neighborhood apparently the streets are small, I was afraid of not getting uber, but everything went well. In the street of tras there is a restaurant with the wonderful food called Caravelas I highly recommend.

The extremely cozy house. It had everything you need for a stay at home. It was thus that I felt… at home outside my house. Every detail thought out with great affection to welcome us. Closed soap and toilet paper in all the bathrooms. Clean bedding. ALL kitchen utensils including glass platters. I was worried about taking some things thinking about I could have. But I didn't even have to take it out of the bag. The house is fully equipped. Positive point for the structure of the tbm condominium. Although there are few houses the clean and flawless club. Servants very attentive and willing to help with what we needed. The local beach (straight from the condomino) clear waters and natural fish. The attention and availability of Welington tbm was a major positive point. From the moment of the reservation to our departure from the property, always attentive, polite, concerned with providing us the best. Anyway I want to program a return. I recommend it without a doubt.

Very nice house as seen in the photos, good for 4 people. The location is good, close to Itapuã beach and in a shopping area. We feel comfortable and safe in the neighborhood. We arrived at night and Tiê was waiting for us, very grateful to him he was very attentive and pending during the instance. Also in recommendations of places, very warm treatment. We came back early in the morning and there was no problem with the check-out. We highly recommend the space and thank you for Tiê's hospitality:)

The stay was great. Very good house, well located, organized condominium and with a beautiful private beach. The only caveat is the polished porcelain floor q is slippery and unsuitable for the elderly and children.

Great location, easy access to the beach, very quiet by good signal to enjoy with family and friends, large and airy house great atmosphere to share with loved ones! I recommend it and as soon as possible I will return.

Our stay was quiet from start to finish. Ana was attentive, helpful, understood our needs and adapted everything that was necessary. The space is fantastic. The house has everything you need (and a little more). When we arrived, the rooms were all personalized according to our needs, we were personally welcomed and recommended local markets and shops. They were 100% available for any questions. My family always travels together and it is extremely difficult to find places due to the number of people, but Ana and her mother were sensational with us! You could see the love this family put into the house and turned it into a cozy space and a beautiful temporary home for us too. We recommend it not only for the house itself, which is fantastic, but for the whole experience they provided us. Just go! You'll have unforgettable days there! Ana, thank you for everything! We found the house very beautiful; it is situated in a protected environment/compound. The pool is amazing, surrounded by lush greenery, and the lake is stunning. Inside the house, there is plenty of space! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The distance to the old city center is approximately 30 minutes; taxis and Ubers are affordable. While there isn't much to do in the immediate vicinity of the house, we appreciated the tranquility. The beach is nearby, but it's safer to use an Uber to get there. Milce was a grateful help, very friendly and nice.

We really liked the house. The location is good and everything was clean and well maintained. I'd go back!

The apartment is very nice , the building is already one of my favorites in Salvador .. a wonderful and pleasant view. The roof of the building is one of my favorite parts too , perfect space for both day and night ! You find everything in the surrounding area , has a supermarket next to the building that makes life much easier. I recommend and hope to return soon !

Everything within the expected , space that I felt at home! Super recommend.

We very much like the accommodation. We stayed in the apartment for a month. The apartment is very nice, comfortable beds and sofa, has a nice network installed in the living room, available for our use. Apartment equipped with the necessary for the stay, appliances and the like, crockery, pots, cutlery, etc. Located in Pitubaville, very good condominium/ neighborhood, with total security, close to supermarket, restaurants, etc. The host Juliana very attentive and solicitous, attended quickly the small events that have arisen, enabling our quiet and comfortable stay. When we return to Salvador, for sure, my husband and I will make the option to host again in the same place. We thank Juliana for your full attention with us.

My stay was perfect! Cristina received us in person, showed all the accommodation and the condominium. Great tips, she was super helpful, polite and very kind! She tbm relaxed our check-in/check-out. Our stay was sensational, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, living room with TV and equipped kitchen. We stayed during the Carnival weekend, and access to the Barra-ondina circuit was quiet and easy. Certainly in a new opportunity in Salvador, we will be staying with her.❤️

Perfect, I confess there would be no better place to stay, cozy apartment all furnished with everything you need. Family environment. ☺️ I recommend to everyone, Dona Edilene and if a super polite husband, I felt at home🥰. My husband and I were welcomed, told that the location is perfect, we had a schedule and when we arrived we changed completely. Everything is nearby. Concerteza I'll come back more often! ❤️

My family and I loved the experience, everything was exceptional, Seu Manoel a great host, Mrs. Celina extremely careful and kind. Quinta da Aldeia is much more amazing than in the photos, the place is sensational calm, everything is very clean, organized, the environment is of stunning beauty, we leave with the desire to return.

Bernhard is a fantastic host! Very responsive, with great information. His home is beautiful and private with lovely landscaping. There is easy access to an amazing lake and we will definitely be back.

The stay surprised all the guests' expectations! We sleep and wake up in comfort and privacy, even in a rustic environment, the experience was better than some hotels! Our family felt at home and re-energized! It was a weekend in paradise!

The entire Bernhard and Virginia space is amazing! Beautifully cared for, comfortable and quiet! I would very much like to have spent more time and I will definitely return, it was perfect for a weekend break. They were helpful, attentive and concerned about our well-being. I recommend it!

I made the reservation at Sitio Plenitude with some friends, but I was unable to attend for personal reasons. Here's feedback from the staff: “Very manicured place, trimmed grass and very green around. The house is much cozier than shown in the pictures, a complete gourmet area in the kiosk that has transformed our meals into a moment of much relaxation. Beds are brand new and comfortable. The waterfall pool is a show apart, clean water with a relaxing water. Douglas' reception was excellent, very friendly, put us at ease and always available. I hope to be able to return to Sítio Plenitude soon. ”(Raquel and friends)
