Vacation rentals with a patio in Itacimirim Beach

We liked it very much, because the house corresponded to what was described in the listing and the host responded quickly to all our demands.

We very much like the accommodation. Easy access and an excellent location. Quiet and very beautiful condominium. The contact with Selma was very easy and pleasant. It was great! We enjoyed it!

The condominium is excellent, the pool area is very well maintained, with the option of restaurant service on site, in front of the beach, with a children's playground. Excellent option for traveling with children. The accommodation has an excellent location, overlooking the beach and very close to the pool area and playground. The kitchen is a little small, but it's functional. We missed a laundry room, but it wasn't a problem. The bedroom TV did not connect to streaming apps. Excellent option with children.

Ana's house is extremely comfortable, clean and with everything we need for a perfect stay. Great quality and super fragrant linens and towels. The sea view and the sound of the waves are very relaxing. Very close to the village, we went on foot every day. Not to mention Ana's kindness, always helpful and friendly. It was an amazing time there!

I stayed with my husband and my 2 daughters, 10 and 4 years old. The apartment was perfect for us. Very comfortable, spacious, and bright. We loved having breakfast on the balcony with that view and the silence. We liked the complex a lot, it had its own pool and the beach had 2 very comfortable entrances. In one of them, they offer you sun loungers and chairs at no cost for those staying in the condominium. There is also a restaurant there that offers à la carte beach service. The resort's beach is divine!! There is a large supermarket 10 minutes away, at the entrance to Praia do Forte. Debora is very attentive. Thank you

I was extremely pleased with the stay. Giovanna and the girls were super helpful, the apartment is amazing, everything as described and made the travel experience even better. The view from the balcony is beautiful, at night so... without words. I highly recommend it and certainly when I go to Guarajuba again I already know where to stay.

Everything exactly as advertised, spacious and comfortable house, great gated community and relatively close to the center, as well as very close to the beach. Larissa was a great host.

The stay was excellent. The house matches the photos exactly, super-equipped and everything is new. Heated pool, barbecue, equipped kitchen, bed linen, air-conditioning in all the rooms. In other words: fully equipped. It is in an excellent condominium. Access from the house to the beach takes about 3 minutes and is done by an electric cart from the condominium. The host Eduardo couldn't be better. From booking to checkout, he always responded practically online, available, attentive, flexible and even gave very good tips. The recommendation to hire the cook Eliana, housekeeper Nathalia and barbecue chef Josué made our stay even more special. First-class service and they did everything. In other words, the stay was not an expense, it was an investment. We left wanting to come back

Pedro's apartment / Village served us perfectly. We were in a group of 8 adults and 1 child and everyone was very comfortable. Close to Surf Beach (walking distance). The village has a very good pool and a good space for meeting / socializing. We intend to return.

We had a great experience at Adelmo's house in the Marluá condominium. The host was excellent from start to finish — always very attentive and responsive, promptly fulfilling all our requests. We had a minor maintenance issue during the stay, which was resolved on the same day. This only reinforces how attentive and committed Adelmo was throughout our stay. The structure of the house is excellent, spacious and comfortable, and the condominium is also very good, with great infrastructure for the whole family. I highly recommend it and we will certainly return on other occasions!

All very clean , well decorated house, cozy atmosphere , very beautiful and quiet condominium... a very suitable place for families . Without a doubt, the best property I've ever been able to stay in Imbassai for so many times I've been. Wonderful location close to the river, the beach and restaurants without needing a car. A sensational view. Apartment super equipped with everything you can imagine, from an electric barbecue to several games for family fun. I will definitely be back very soon as it was worth every penny paid for this stay. SUPER RECOMMEND!!!!

Great hosts, location and accommodations! We had some impasses, but they were very well resolved. We loved our stay there.

We had wonderful days at José's place. Super clean and well-equipped apt. It has everything we need. Airy and in front of the pool. Safe condominium and excellent gym. The structure of the beach that serves the condominium is about 25 minutes on foot, so being by car is the best option, in addition to making it easier to get to the beach of the fort or other beaches. Hostess answers all questions quickly and is always ready to help. We'll be back for sure.

I liked it a lot. Safe condominium, with lots of green area around, good for resting the mind. Apartment with a beautiful outside view. Everything inside is tidy. The person feels at home. If you want to go out, the place is close to restaurants, markets and the beach, and if you can't go out, you can stay at home without problems, which was my case because of the rainy weather.
