Beachfront vacation rentals in Itacimirim Beach

We spent 4 incredible days in this house. Upon arrival we were greeted by Dona Edileuza, who gave us clear instructions on the equipment, operations and general rules of the house. It was impeccably clean, rooms arranged with pillows, sheets, blankets and towels according to the number of guests. In the kitchen there were clean dishes and utensils, ready to be used. The toilets were equipped with soap and toilet paper. Everything showed great care for the guests. The beach is a few meters from the residence and the place is quite quiet. The house is so complete, that even going through days of extreme rain, we do not stop enjoying even for 1 second. Another very important point was the ease of being able to communicate with both Gerval and Dona Edileuza, our doubts were promptly resolved. We will definitely return more often!

We were in a group of 9 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. Val's house is spacious, well decorated and very well maintained. Front sea, a very good pool and a hot tub on the 3rd floor. All bedrooms and upstairs living room are air-conditioned. All Val's employees were very friendly and our stay was perfect! I will return and recommend!

I really liked it! Exactly as described on the listing! Kitchen equipped with everything we needed, with a purifier with ice water, air fryer, microwave, sandwich maker, pillows and mattresses (no bedding), family environment, beautiful beach, great swimming pool!

The accommodation is simple and compact, ideal for those looking for a practical and economical stay. The place is small but enough to rest after a day exploring the city. Persons with limited mobility must consider that they have stairs. The location is excellent, close to everything, which made our routine much easier. Although the space is small, the cost-benefit was satisfying.

The Chalet is very cozy, everything was organized and clean. It has a great barbecue and several dishes for preparing meals, the location is perfect! The beach is very good, although the sea is a little rough. The location is close to other beaches, between 5 km and 20 km away, depending on the beach. Although the cottage indicates accommodation for 5 people, I believe that 4 people is the maximum to ensure comfort for everyone. The host Afonso and his family are very polite and friendly and respond promptly to messages. Our family loved the stay!

Exceptional! The house is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures. A true paradise with a breathtaking private beach… even movie scene! Vc sees the sea from the bedroom window, the living room…Despite all the details of the accommodation, what delighted us most, in fact, was the kindness and hospitality of Mr. Edvaldo!!! What an odd face! Very kind, it made us feel at home…It received us with coconut water, popsicle, chocolates…Impossible not wanting to come back again. Note 1000!

Excellent stay, house with all possible accessories, and top-quality accessories, spacious rooms, spacious and extremely clean bathrooms, all cleaning supplies, excellent bed and bath linens. All kitchen items, wonderful indoor space, it also has a beautiful private pool with a wonderful whirlpool, beach chairs and umbrellas are also available, for a wonderful beach, especially at low tide. Mrs. Vera was extremely helpful, always answering my questions briefly. I recommend it for those who want to have a good time with the family, with all the equipment to make excellent meals.

Marcus' place is excellent, very organized! Excellent location, wonderful pool and everything is very quiet. The family loved the days we had in the apartment. Marcia is super nice, easy communication, always responds very quickly and is super partner. It's really worth getting to know.

Very well-equipped apartment with sea view, with practically private beach. A paradise! Excellent condominium with a swimming pool facing the sea and a fitness center. Jorge is very attentive and helpful. We had an unforgettable stay and left wanting to return soon to stay in the same apartment!

We stayed at flat 126 from 04/18 to 04/22. It was all wonderful, the location is perfect for those who don't want to be driving around, I was with 2 children so that was great. The flat is beautiful, better than in the photos and it was clean. My family and I loved everything. I highly recommend it.

Everything exactly as I imagined. I already knew the region, so I didn't stay at the condominium's beach, because I prefer Praia do Forte, Praia do Lord, and the region. But we went to see it and played with our son in the area. Everything is perfect and Lucas is a great host.

My stay was amazing, calm and peaceful environment, ideal for disconnecting and resting. We brought a lot of food so we didn't have to go out, but there are plenty of options in the nearby village. We felt at home and will certainly recommend it to many friends.

Clean and spotless home. The condominium with a lot of nature and tranquility, with access to the beach, with a wonderful pool and a great playground for children. Second time I'm going with my family. The house is as seen in the photos. All very clean and very well equipped. The place is super quiet and beautiful. Security is great (facial recognition even to enter the beach). 10 points in everything. We felt like coming back. Ah! Host Washington is great. He responds quickly to everything and has an excellent predisposition to resolve whatever is needed. The experience was very good from booking to checkout

The apartment is nicer than what you see in the photos. It is very comfortable and everything is spotless. The view from all the rooms is spectacular. The condo is very nice, it has gazebos, a restaurant and direct access to the sea. The beach in front is excellent and quiet. The surroundings are also very nice to explore. The hosts were always attentive to all our needs, they responded quickly to our requests. An excellent experience. I recommend this property.

Our trip was as a couple and we had a great experience. Convenience of being on a very private, quiet beach and lots of peace. A few minutes' walk along the beach, we had access to the structure of restaurants and calm sea bathing. The hosts were kind and quick when there was a need for contact.
