Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Issyk-Kul Region

The view of the house and surroundings is perfect, but there are no nearby amenities The host is quick and friendly

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house area was very spacious with a very cute playground for the kids right on the house's premises. The outside area is well maintained and quite spacious as well with a garden, a lounge area and a dining area. The person managing the place was very responsive via messaging app. The kitchen had most of the utensils one would need for at home cooking. Even though we were staying when the night temperatures were already quite low, there was heating which was great. There is a market across the road which was quite convenient. Overall, great stay for a large family and value for money!

Own small house on eco farm compound (splendid fruit garden, a few farm animals & secure premises) - delightful Kyrgyz experience with a local family at lake IssykKul. We are delighted to express our utmost satisfaction with our recent experience here. The hospitality & assistance provided by Adelya & her family were truly exceptional. The rooms in our own small house exceeded our expectations. Spacious, very clean & cosy (much better than in the fotos) & WLAN for a movie online to chill inside. The breakfast offered was truly remarkable, containing fresh, locally-sourced foods. Tasty, delicious, plentiful. The location of the house is perfect. The eco-farm provided a super enjoyable experience for our children. Lake Issyk Kul is in sight with a picturesque sandy beach, few people & a gentle incline into the water. Super for bathing, playing, enjoying. As we came without an own car we agreed with Adelya's father for transport whenever the need arose. Very highly recommended!

I had a delightful stay at this new guest house. The new furniture and fresh bed sheets provided a comfortable atmosphere. The location was quiet and secluded, with a beautiful beach just a 10-minute walk away. However, there were a few inconveniences. The water supply was unexpectedly turned off a few times, and there was no Wi-Fi as promised. Towards the end, some insects appeared inside the house, which was a bit upsetting. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my time overall and recommend the place. Improving the water supply and Wi-Fi, and addressing the insect situation, would make it perfect.

The place is very nice. You have everything you need. And Gulnara, the manager, is very attentive and caring, she can bring you anything and help you with anything you may need. The house is clean, comfortable beds. It’s a townhouse, not a stand alone house. However you feel absolutely private and secluded. Bring your own coffee press🙂 Locally, they don’t drink coffee much, they prefer tea. The area is great for children, a lot of facilities for little ones. The lake is amazing! Very clean beach, fantastic swimming, and very romantic! We’ll be back!

The hosts were kind, and the location is great—close to our favorite café. The apartment itself is clean and modern. We loved the kitchen area, which has a huge refrigerator and easy access for cooking. The couple was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The only downside is the parking area—you need to be home early, or other homeowners might take the spot first. Also, the location on Airbnb doesn’t match the exact address, but that wasn’t a big issue since the homeowners were very responsive. We will definitely come back again! This is the best apartment you can find in Karakol

One of the best airbnbs we've been to! Lovely location - a hundred meters to the lake! Beautiful interior - lovely details, interesting furniture! There is everything you need for a comfortable stay! Charming patio - to sit with family! There are many small shops where you can buy milk or vegetables. For more serious shopping, you'll need to visit the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We'll definitely be back!

Azamat's place was exactly what we needed. He was very responsive, kind, helpfull, and even spoke English. The house is situated in a modern fenced community with many amenities right on the lake. There's an indoor and outdoor pool, grocery, game center, massage workout room etc. The apartments are surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. You can relax in the shade to the sounds of birds singing. The grounds are so pristine! The apartment has a well appointed kitchen. Plenty of utensils, pans etc. There is a full bathroom and a half which is wonderful for getting ready. The floor is also heated! The bed was comfortable and the smart TV was great. We would stay there again.

Everything is great! The apartment is spacious, clean, cozy, equipped with everything you need, with good renovation. Asel and Adil were greeted with tea and goodies. Always in touch, giving advice, offering their help, taking us to hot springs. Recommended)

The apartment is small, but very cozy and comfortable. The design is very well thought through and it has everything you may need for your stay. The only downside is poor internet, but seems to be the general issue of the region and not the particular place. If you need it for work I’d recommend having a mobile one as back up. The community itself is one of the best on Issyk-Kul with nice territory, good restaurants and kids playgrounds. We really enjoyed our time there.
