Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our visit to Roland-Garros. We walked there in less than 10 minutes and also walked to visit Parc des Princes. It was close to the metro and the bakery next door was lovely! The apartment itself was clean, spacious and well equipped. Antoine replied to messages very quickly and provided local recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here and hope to return sometime.

This stay was nothing short of exceptional. We booked this spot specifically for the proximity of Roland Garros. It was less than 5 mins walk and their apt has everything you need. Our two kids LOVED all the toys and were kept busy and happy for 5 days. We would definitely stay here again. We ended up taking uber most of the time just for ease of travel for the kids but the metro was a short walk. Would recommend for others looking to stay for an event at the stadium.

We wanted to be near Paris, but in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. This home fit the bill. The apartment is large, kitchen well-equipped for cooking, and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed our time, and appreciated the recommendations from the hosts.

Everything was according to description and photos. Perfect for a couple. The area is nice and quiet, but in convenient distance to everything Paris has to offer. Valérie is welcoming and fast to answer. Would rent this apartment again!

Perfect stay here and would recommend this place for anyone who needs a place. The view is exactly like the pictures and beautiful to wake up to! You can see the tower from the bed which is amazing. It was quiet and peaceful. It was also clean and I felt safe as a solo female traveller. There is also a grocery store nearby which makes it easy to stock up on items. Would stay here again!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no comparison options. We stayed 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom there is a large shower right at the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That is enough for showering, but comfortable is different. The living room is huge. The kitchen as well. Unfortunately there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but should be standard. Space would be plentiful. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. The degree in front of the kitchenette was not completely harmless. The unit does not have AC. This is inconvenient to summer time. The view is priceless. Views over the city are fantastic.

Everything was perfect at Franck's. The place, the location… We came to see a match at Roland Garros and it was ideal. Our host was kind enough to wait until 1 a.m. to welcome us since we had worked all day and came from Strasbourg. He is incredibly kind! I would recommned this property. And I'll keep the contact details for a future visit!
